FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep our price as low as possible without sacrificing our quality. We, however, don't price compete. It's not good for the customer or the industry. It promotes bad workmanship due to low funds.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will set up a time and date that works for the customer to come out and do our initial intake. This is where we will discuss the project, take measurements, and discuss an agenda for finishing your project.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started when I was 12, helping my father. We have a long line of carpenters in my family.
