The service rep who came to my home was punctual, professional and courteous. He certainly knew what he was doing. He gave me a detailed printout of all the items he checked. I use Hero for my heating and air conditioning checks. The last time they were here they caught a small gas leak I was not even aware of. Their prices are very reasonable. I would say a good bang for your buck.
