The “Cool Guys” came to the rescue. My husband hired another company to clean our dryer duct and after paying him and trusting the company to do their job, we were left with an even worse problem. Hot wet clothes in our dryer. Marcus arrived ready to solve the problem. The apparent dryer duct was NOT the duct as the previous owners had thought . The Cool Guys found the vent on our roof and uncovered the thick plaster of lint that accumulated. We now have a dryer that works like new, a proper vent cover in the works, and a company that will forever be our go-to for such needs- and what feels like friends. We are so grateful for their tenacious spirit to see solutions and sincere satisfaction .

Marcus and Robert are indeed 2 Cool Guys! From the second they answered the phone it was a pleasant experience. They had a canceled appointment and were able to fit me in within hours of my request. They came in, were friendly and professional, and immediately went to work cleaning out the dryer vent. They also gave me a quick quote on cleaning the ac ducts as well. A great experience overall, I would recommend them and will be using them in future for my other properties.

I had noticed a strange smell in my house, and I wanted to get it checked out. I called for an appointment, and they were able to come out the same day. Robert and Marcus are not just technicians, they are the co-owners of the company, which is why I stress that we got VIP service having them work on our home. They were very professional and knowledgeable, and they explained their process to me and answered all of my questions. They also took the time to educate me on the importance of air duct cleaning and how it can improve my indoor air quality. I was especially impressed with the fact that Robert and Marcus went above and beyond to help me identify the source of the strange smell in my house. They inspected my vents inside and out, and they even got up on the roof to check for any dead animals or rodents. In the end, they discovered that the smell was coming from my dirty vent. Marcus & Rob came out and did an estimate for us on our vents, and they were even able to do them same day. They had great equipment that made cleaning easy (plus no mess from the duct dust). We paid $50/vent, $50 for sanitation, and $125 for cleaning around and inside the return vent(s). The cleaning improved the airflow coming out from our vents in each room and relieved our HVAC System from working so hard. They also educated us on HVAC maintenance, and care.
