I have been several times here both for epilation as well as massages. Very clean and relaxing ambiance, polite and helpful owner, amazing professional and skillful beauticians. I had the most relaxing massage with Elisabeth and fell asleep several times, the quality is similar to massages I had in Indonesia and Singapore. So 5 stars! Zoi is also excellent and very friendly and knows her job very well. Moreover, although I was 15 min late and my treatment took longer and the next customer was waiting, the beauticians dealt with the problem in a very professional manner, thus showing that the institute can handle also „crisis“ situations. Me and my friend got an A class facial treatment in this place. From the moment I called them to book an appointment till the second I left the SPA the feminine staff did everything to make me feel welcome and to make sure we will receive the best treatment. I had a Cleansing facial and it was absolutely the best facial I have ever had (and I’ve had lots of good facials). Elizabeth was the Therapist and she was so professional and nice but also extremely meticulous, taking time to do each step of the facial perfectly. The head/shoulders/décolleté massages while waiting for the masks to set were amazing as well. My skin is very clean and radiant, I will definitely be back. Georgina the Director was so kind and helpful with booking the appointment and she even went out of her way to buy the right tint for my eyebrows. Much appreciate and I will definitely be back for more services!

Had the deep cleansing facial with vitamin c added and a 60min massage with the oxygenating oil. The staff was professional and knowledgeable about the services offered. I really enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back.

Came here for a Lymphatic Massage and Body Scrub and it did not disappoint! The lymphatic massage really helped with water retention. I could not stop peeing the next day! And the scrub made my skin feel fantastic. Prices were amazing too compared to what you would pay at a hotel spa. Everyone who worked here was extremely nice and accommodating and at no point made me feel rushed. My husband also got a massage here and loved it. I’d highly recommend getting a massage here!

I have tried a lot of different products but nothing worked and it just made it worse until I went to Urbaneskin to get a facial. The staffs, Zoe and Elizabeth, were very accommodating. Zoe did my treatment and she was very good! She was very detailed about what and how should I do with my skin care with the products I got from Urbaneskin as well. Have you ever had a spa be so rude to you that you cried? Lucky for me I get to check that off my bucket list. I hate leaving poor reviews because I am a business owner myself. But what was supposed to be a relaxing spa day tuned into an incredible disappointment. How does anyone run a business like this? If I was thinking straight I just would have not gotten any services and left immediately. The issue stared with a simple miscommunication due to language barrier. This resulted in the spa manager yelling at me down the hallway then talking to me like I was an idiot.

Urbane Skin spa was a wonderful experience, of which opened my eyes to advanced European skin care methods. I loved my face treatment, and the trigger point release massage was just what I needed after a long flight.
