Poor service and attitude from the staff. When I requested my mom to pass the phone over to the staff. She began to be rude and ignored answering my question. My mom went for an appointment for Sinovac vaccination. The appointment was given at 10.30am. At the end she needed to wait for a longer timing approx 1-1.5 hrs for her number to be called as the staff there informed her whether u got an appointment or not. They will still serve those walk-in customers. My mom explained to them later that she needed to rush back to take care of the children. They just simply ignored her and requested my mom to change to another day if cannot wait. May I know what the purpose of giving us a appointment at the end is to wait for 1-1.5hrs?

This medical practice is clean and modern. They use branded drugs and not generics, which impressed me. They are also proud to display the brand names! Came here for my supervised ART and the process was smooth and seamless. A great clinic for the neighbourhood

Doctor Long is extremely patient and fully understands the patient's condition.Different from other GPs whom i used to visit. Am amazed by her professionalism. Previously, had a pretty bad foot infection for many months which other doctors couldn't find the root of the problem. Googled about this clinic and Dr Long cured my foot infection within 1 week.

A very pleasant experience for my parents and me at the clinic getting our 3 vaccine doses; first two were administered by Dr Long who is relational and professional. Her small talk with my elderly parents allayed their apprehensions about the vaccine. This morning I made an urgent request for my nephew's overseas vaccination certificate to be updated onto the national immunisation registry. He became "unvaccinated" after the status on Trace together app expired after 30 days. We had no inkling that returning Singaporeans have to notarise overseas vaccine cert. Clinic assistant was very helpful, fully empathetic with the situation. Doctor speedily updated the record within an hour! Thank you for the excellent service!

The clinic is mostly filled with foreigners who are here for vaccinations and waiting time can be a bit long. However, the doctor will take her time to fully understand your situation & recommend the best solution she has for you, & will not simply dismiss you away. Receptionists are friendly too. Hard to find such dedicated GPs in neighbourhood.

Dr Long is definitely a kind and thoughtful doctor who i ever met. I will recommend her to my residents, friends and colleagues. Her patient in explaining has really helped me a lot in both me and my daughter's depression issue. Although Hougang is bit far from Bedok, but i will definitely consult Dr Long if i need any medical advise. Thank you Dr Long.

Dr Long’s dedication is truly impressive. She takes the time to listen to her patients' concerns and provides personalized treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs. I never felt rushed during my appointments, and I always left feeling confident in the care I received. I’ve been to her clinic a couple of times. During each visit, she recommends ample rest and prescribes medication which helps to resolve the concerns I address. The medication she has given me thus far has been very effective. I love how she dedicates time to check on her patients by making calls a day after our appointments to check on how we are doing. That’s 10/10 service for me.

Resolved my anxiety and put my mind at ease for my urgent pre-departure PCR request. I had initially booked the test with another provider but was having issues with that booking, thankfully I found Dedicare and they were very helpful from start to finish — from WhatsApp, to the in-clinic session and even follow-up to make sure I got all the paperwork I needed for my pre-departure PCR results, even though the next day was the clinic's (and staff's) off day. Thank you~ Although I don't stay in Hougang, this feels like a very warm and friendly clinic at the void deck of a Hougang block. Worth my 1.5h commute (back and forth)! So glad they offer the specific PCR test I was looking for. And the price is reasonable too, especially since my case was urgent and I'm walk-in (usually clinics need you to book slots, that fill up very quickly, from what I noticed). Doctor also seems caring towards staff and patients from what I observed. Interior also feels neat, clean and comfortable.
