I came here with my dear friend in 2020. We stumbled across it by accident. It was amazing! The food was so delicious and fresh. I had the soy meat keema curry which came with some tasty side dishes and soup. The staff was lovely and friendly and made us feel at home. Such a unique concept for a restaurant, it was really nice.

Incredible, affordable food in a traditional Japanese setting. Whereas most vegan food in Tokyo is very western and in modern cafés, this ryokan in a side street right by Senso-ji temple feels like you're in a traditional Japanese home eating wonderful vegan home-cooking. 100% recommend, even if you're not vegan/vegetarian.

A unique dining experience in Asakusa, one that we will cherish for a long time. Highly recommend for anyone, and especially if you're vegan or vegetarian! We were served 12 delicious vegan courses and I honestly couldn't pick a favourite. The host/chef was great company and we learned a lot about seasonal vegetables in Japan.

Unique and remarkable experience eating small vegan delicacies. The host is really cool and you won't forget this experience. Try the drinks as well!

This was an amazing experience from beginning to end. The host greeted us with a chilled towel (a wonderful respite from the heat outside!) and welcomed us in. We were the only two guests there for lunch and we were treated to an entire 12 course meal. The dishes she served were authentic Japanese dishes that were naturally vegan and the host even explained where many of the ingredients came from locally in Japan. There were even a few interactive elements (we ground our own sesame seeds for a topping, chose our own chopstick holders from her collection, and mixed our own tofu soup) and a lot of very entertaining moments! Even at the end, the host walked us to the door where we said our goodbyes and thanked her for the amazing experience.

The best restaurant we’ve stayed at in Japan, hands down! The host is extremely friendly, charming, and accommodating! The Japanese patrons were also extremely friendly. Awesome food, awesome atmosphere, super friendly to foreigners

First time visiting Tokyo, was super surprised to see a vegan restaurant right by our hotel! Wonderful food with entertaining announcements in between each meal. Hostess was extremely kind and would explain all she could in english for us; even gave a recommendation for another vegan restaurant on our trip! Overall, fantastic time. Food was great and the atmosphere was friendly and fun. I highly recommend going if you can!

Cosy little bar/restaurant with amazing host(s) and charming company. The food was an array of interesting dishes that did great with the assortement if drinks. A personal and fantastic experience. Would highly recommend anyone at any time.
