Had lunch here with friends. We ordered several dishes from the menu as it was so hard to choose! The hostess was very friendly and warm and the place looks really cute. My absolute favourite were the tortillas, in collaboration with Mr Tortilla and the...ceviche from their menu was amazing as well. It's a great restaurant, owned by a lovely couple of Italian lady and Brazilian guy, they know the art of good cooking and create delicious plates. They use local biological and seasonal products, so they change regularly the menu in order to have the products...of the season. They are so kind and full of care towards their guests, it's so rare to be served by such lovely people! It feels good to go there and support them in their beautiful project of opening their restaurant. I absolutely recommend you to try it !More

We came back to this place where we had lunch the week before. This time we had diner. The food is fantastic, the atmosfere is relaxed and we love the couple that drives this gastro bar.

I have been visiting Colibrì both for lunch and dinner. I love food, wine and good cocktails and so far this is the perfect place to be and spend money to eat. I find that in Amsterdam is difficult to experience balance between price and...quality. Here instead the food is really fresh and delicious.
