Carl Allen, owner/founder
Carl’s passion for providing opportunities for kids in sports is a personal one that started at very young age - when his family struggled to cover the cost of AAU Basketball. Carl believes, “No kid should miss out on the benefits of playing sports because they can’t afford it; no parent should be overworked to try to provide that opportunity. Triple Digit Speed Pitch bridges that gap: raising money without requiring parents to do all the work, in a way kids enjoy.”
Carl’s background includes a Master’s in Sport Management from the University of Louisville, where he worked as a data & video scout for Louisville Baseball, in media relations for Louisville Bats, and MLB Advanced Media as a data stringer.
Carl worked for Columbus Crew SC in 2016, after which took a job in Fundraising/Development for the Muscular Dystrophy Association. There, he built community relationships and partnerships helping generate hundreds of thousands in revenue to fund MDA’s important mission. That experience has translated to Triple Digit, in helping schools and youth sports organizations. Carl stayed immersed in pro sports through his role as a Data Analyst for STATS, LLC with the Reds, Indians, Yankees & Royals.
His hobbies and interests outside of sports include coffee, poker, travel (Vegas, anyone?), classic cars, science, politics, teaching, and of course - dogs!

Caitlin Phillips, Director - PTO Fundraising
As a mother to a school aged daughter Caitlin understands the stress involved around fundraising. She has been involved with her daughter's school PTO for over 7 years, volunteering for large and small fundraising events, community enrichment programs and teacher appreciation programs. She joins the Triple Digit Speed Pitch Team fully believing in the Company's Mission: Fundraising can be FUN for students and EASY for parents and teachers!
Caitlin has 10+ years experience in Retail Management. Her greatest passion through her career has always been the connections and rapport she builds with her clients. Outside of work Caitlin enjoys spending time outdoors near water or among the trees. Her family and 3 dogs often accompany her on hikes and trips to Florida.

Cedar allen, marketing extraordinaire, Very good dog
Cedar was adopted in 2016 and this Dachshund/Pitbull mix has been with the company since the beginning. With her help, Triple Digit has grown from a Columbus-area company to all of Ohio. Beginning in 2020, that expansion will include Kentucky!
When she’s not cultivating new community partnerships, Cedar enjoys to cuddle on the couch, zoom in the backyard, bark way too much at neighbors, and do all kinds of neat tricks.
We are currently looking for driven candidates in Central and Northern Ohio, as well as in our new Kentucky market. This is a perfect opportunity for a flexible and/or part-time gig for a college student or recent grad, who wants some real (paid) experience in the areas of development/fundraising, sales, youth sports, event management, finance, and lots more.
