I contacted Affordable Painting & Power Washing late Friday anfternoon about pressure washing our patio and short section of sidewalk. Received a quick response & subsequent written estimate, all very professional. Appointment was established for the following morning. Perry notified me when he was enroute and arrived at scheduled time. Perry was very efficient and professional, also rinsed away dirt and pollen from our front door, front windows and frames. He completed the project in short order. Pricing was appropriate. I couldn’t be more pleased overall with AP&P. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

My experience today was very pleasant and professional. I forgot to get his name but he came to do the next door neighbors home, and because I was outside and was nice to him he was very nice to me and power washed mine home as well. You wont find another company that will give you the best service, time, and quality work as this one. This is my third service with Perry and each time its impressive! The whole experience was very professional from the time I scheduled the service until the very end upon inspection. My house is clean, like new and the trim is bright and white! He uses the best products and pays very close attention to details. I have scheduled an annual cleaning and have recommended his professional services to neighbors.
