Nate, of Heroes Carpet, made my studio look like new again! He cleaned my carpet, that I thought I was going to have to replace, and he stripped, cleaned and re-waxed my tile floors that were in terrible shape after a summer of classes and camps. Thank you Nate!

Gave 5 stars for the kindness and professionalism they showed me. The only thing that bothered me was that I was told it would take 1-2 hours to dry because of the special way they do it. They were in and out quick and said it would take 6 hours to dry. Big difference

Where do I begin? Not only did Nate of Heroes, fit me into his schedule at the last minute when the company I had originally hired cancelled the night before (my birthday party was the next day- oh no!!!). He cleaned it so well, that it looked brand new! The company last year told me it could never get that clean. I'm glad they cancelled! Thank you so much Nate! You were indeed a lifesaver! I have 1700 sq ft of tile, and 3 dogs. Steamy Concepts had come out to my house before and when they were done my floors looked almost the same as before they started.
When Heroes cleaned my tile I was so impressed! My floors are noticeably clean. They worked hard to take care of any troublesome areas. The work and their communication were highly professional and I will not hire any other company after working with Heroes!

They cleaned and sealed my tile floors. Floors had been done 13 years ago when I first moved in. The grouting is like new and the floors 50% brighter. Amazing service with a very cautious, professional crew. All furniture back in place. A great experience.

After sending away another company for attempting to price gouge, I was on the search for another company to come out rather quickly since I had already moved my furniture out. Heroes Carpet Cleaning was able to come out the very next day. The pricing on the website matched what I was told in person, absolutely no hidden costs. I appreciated the great customer service, affordable pricing and most of all the honesty. This will definitely be my go-to for all Carpet cleaning. And highly recommend.
