Michael completed the Carpet Cleaning and Flea & Pest Treatment when we vacated our rental property.
He was extremely responsive to phone calls and text messages. He followed up a week prior to the booking to confirm day and time. He messaged on the day to advise he was running 5 mins late.
When completing the service he used measures (wall corner protecters) to ensure the property wasn't damaged. The equipment he used was commercial grade and extremely clean and well kept.
I would highly recommend Michael and will most certainly be using his services in the future.

They cleaned my carpet yesterday and did an amazing job. Michael was on time and removed spots that I thought were impossible. I would highly recommend them especially if you are feeling like you need new carpet. I thought I did but after it was cleaned, it looks brand new again.

Michael is the man to call! With the right professional equipment for the job. The big commercial carpet cleaning machine setup in his van. From the carpet inspection, I knew I was in safe hands. He was able to detect where our cat had “accidents” with his UV Light. He advised a few options and what to expect during the cleaning process. He provided a deep urine treatment in a few areas. His quote came in a little more than other businesses I called but thought I’d give him a go from reading the positive reviews online. After using his services I believe his prices are very cheap for the quality of work he provides. He went above and beyond what I was expecting. Carpets were also dry within a couple hours. Thanks again Michael!

I heard about Just Perfect Carpet Cleaning from my neighbour. They work magic. Michael arrived on time. He was very professional and has a great personality. I’d recommend Just Perfect to anyone. I’ve never had a better carpet cleaning job done. Best part is that everything dry's super-fast so you don't have to worry about staying off carpet for a long period of time.

Michael did an amazing job cleaning our carpet! All stains were fully removed and now the carpets smell and look brand new. Carpets were also dry in a couple hours too! He completed 4 rooms in just over an hour. Super-efficient, polite, and punctual. I would definitely recommend Just Perfect and look forward to using him again in the future.
