The staff and techs from Pure Water Solutions were friendly and informative. They quickly assessed our water concerns and determined a long term solution. They even made suggestions to further improve our preexisting setup initially installed by a competitor company. We’ll be contacting them going forward for our water quality concerns.

I could literally type this review all day! From the first phone call I made to them to the completion of the install, they have been the most professional and helpful example of what customer service should be everywhere! With a new construction home and me being very uncertain of what was going on with my water after only 5 months of living here, their staff took my concerns serious, found the issues, installed our filtration system, and have followed up with two check ups/testing to make sure we have good water now. The technician Merle was on time each and every time, polite, professional and answered all of my questions and you could never even tell he was ever under the house. He cleaned up the entire workspace under there. The office staff were very patient, kind and took their time in explaining what was needed and truly understanding my frustrations and concerns. I will recommend them 1000 times over! A+ in my book!

The other morning I woke up and didn't have any water coming out of my faucet. I called pure water at 7:30am and they had a technician at my house by 9am. He quickly diagnosed that I sadly had a bad well pump. He made the proper repairs and had my water back on by 11:30 am. I couldn't be more grateful for the quick and efficient service!

Pure water solutions came out in may and installed a hold house water filtration system. It is now August and it is doing an awesome Job way better that the old unit I had replaced. Brandon Steve Brittany are the greatest. And Meryl the installer is a beast did one awesome job on the install. I would refer to family and friends. This is the company you want to service or install a new system for you.

Excellent service from the first phone call to having my water treatment checkup today. The tech,( Casey, I think) took time to answer questions& explain the maintenance service provided. I am sorry to see my previous company close but happy to know PureWater Solutions will provide me with good service for the coming years.

I was in need of a plumber. I called PureWater Solutions they were able to come the same day and fix the problem. Jeremy was great he answered all my questions and explained everything he was going to do to fix the problem. I'm very pleased with the service.

Prompt reliable service by knowledgeable technicians that meet or exceed standard service definitions. Having been a customer for the past 18 months they have made sure my water treatment and filtration systems are in proper working order. Both Keith and Casey have serviced my water system and I would highly recommend them and the company they work for.
