These guys work hard and do some beautiful work.

SK did some roof work for us at our house in Delmar. Sean is the boss and was great to work with. Good communication throughout, showed up on time, fair prices, and did a nice clean job. Ours was a metal roofing job which is more unique, and they still did it perfectly. For any roofing work, definitely call SK

Reliable, timely and cost-effective!

Just had a 16x16 deck installed off the second story with steps down to the backyard and a sliding glass door installed out of the dinning room, which none of that was ever there before. From start to finish, from the first consultation (with Scott E.) to the final walk through with the owner (Sean) making sure everything was perfect and that we were happy was nothing short of great! Highly recommend SK Contracting best part was is that they actually listened and produced exactly what we wanted and boom…. They nailed it!

We recently went through SK Contracting for a new roof. SK Contracting worked with our insurance company, and provided us with an affordable price. On the day of the job the workers were prompt, respectful to our property and very professional. Job was cleaned up and completed in a very timely manner. Would recommend!!

Going with SK contracting was the best decision we made when doing our roof . They were in and out in half a day from start to finish . From The rip up to the cleanup there was no mess left behind. We are happy with the final product , and was exactly what we wanted! Any questions I had were answered quickly and professionally. I highly recommend SK contracting for any home improvement needs.

We had water damage from an issue with our shower. Damaged the ceiling below. I contacted them and a day after the adjuster from our insurance came, they were there to inspect and give us the plan. They started the job quickly and did the job well. They communicated well about what would be done and when. The electrical work was done exactly as needed. Will keep their number for future work.

Very professional. I was searching for a contractor, He was very honest and advised that he wasn't available within the time frame we needed however about 2 weeks after our conversation he reached out to me to see if I was able to find a contractor and that he found someone who can help me. For that alone I am giving him 5 stars. Thank you sir.

Guy drives like a lunatic. Failing to follow a yeild and pulls out in front of people. Really unsafe. Will file a police report with NYS road rage enforcement.

No show / no call on a scheduled estimate. Wasted 30 mins of my time as I don't live on property that needs work. I can't comment on their workmanship but please let someone know if you aren't going to show up to an estimate! The woman called me raging out on me shortly after leaving this review, extremely unprofessional; "we don't want to do business with you so take the review down". Trust me, I'd rather not to business with someone who is unprofessional. I was there at 8:55am for a scheduled appointment at 9am. One of my tenants was also there so if they had knocked and rang the doorbell they would've answered especially since I told them we'd be there at 9am. I was there waiting for 20 minutes before leaving. I even called them while I was there to ask if they were running late and to let me know what was going on. They then called me about 10 minutes after I left, I didn't answer because I was busy. Maybe they showed up to the wrong house or maybe late, I don't know. But what I do know is the reaction was unprofessional and glad I'm not hiring them.

From the moment we met with Sean to discuss renovating our home, we knew we would be in good hands. He came highly recommended to us. He was very easy to work with, he was flexible, always on time, and his quality of work was even more than we had hoped for. He was able to make helpful suggestions when we were unsure of some things and ideas that even saved us money. Sean and his crew worked very neatly, taking great care to preserve the parts of our home that weren’t being renovated. We also appreciated how quick he responded to us, and we certainly benefited from his perfectionism! If ever the need arises, we would definitely work with him again!

Was very professional. Completed the job when promised with excellent quality. Very clean. Could not be more pleased with their work.
