I was referred to Dr Eric Wee because of an elevated tumour marker and positive H pylori when I did a health checkup a few months back. He advised me to do a gastroscopy, which was done completely pain free. Dr Eric Wee is a very caring and professional doctor, I highly recommend him if you are looking for a gastroenterologist.

From the front desk who welcomed us was very approachable. Office feels welcoming as well. Dr Eric Wee and his nurse was so accommodating from the start we saw him for initial checkup to the actual procedure (colonoscopy and gastroscopy) up to the outcome of the procedures. Even the follow up checkup was superb. Explained properly to the best of our knowledge as some of the medical terms we’re not familiar. Translated to layman’s terms. Thank you so much to Nobel Gastroenterology Center staff, nurse and Doctor. Highly recommended.

Dr Eric Wee was thorough in explaining the gastroscopy and the procedure was completely pain-free! Appreciate the staff being extremely friendly and patient in explaining prep for the procedure, as well as the insurance claim process.
Only thing to note is that waiting time for the follow-up appointment takes awhile - had to wait 45 minutes past my appointment time.
Dear Cherine, thank you for the feedback. Endoscopy if done correctly is supposed to be a pain-free procedure. The skill of the procedurist (doctor) and number of cases that the doctor has performed are major factors that influence the comfort level of the procedure. There are many skilled and experienced Gastroenterologists in Singapore who perform endoscopy at a high level of comfort too. We have noted your comments on the waiting time. The clinic is busy at times and we will try our best to stick to the scheduled slots.

This Clinic is a real experience one should go through to realise how things can really go wrong.. Disorganised, unfriendly, unprofessional, name it and you get it.. if you value your dear life, stay away.. Took my wife for a review, and the whole experience was something.. Went about with the Doctor's (Dr.Eric Wee) suggested method of going for blood test and also ultrasound. Immediately after the ultrasound scan spoke to the staff and asked them to give us a detailed instruction for the endoscopy which is assigned for next week. Had also requested for the test report. They confirmed that it would be provided over mail the same day. No news for 4 days. Got a call today and then comes surprise. The staff notified my wife and was providing instructions for a bowel cleaning which was not at all required for an endoscopy and then spits out things which is not meant for her. Asked them to send a mail and then another dose.. the report the clinic send belongs to another patient.. At this juncture I could easily make a decision to run for my life.. of course I m not going to put mine or my family's life on their watch. Feel free if you wish to .. just sharing my point of view and experience.. Good luck!

Not sure what's the difficulty in just sending a report when it has been paid for.. Do they need to move mountains? Either say yes or no... simple.. I know clearly where to go next.. do not push us to the next level..
Dear Issac George, thank you for the feedback. I agree with you that the errors should not have happened, so please accept our apologies. You had corresponded with our new clinic staff who should have done their job better. Three new healthcare staff had joined us this month and we will be retraining all of them again. As for your wife, we had called her earlier this evening to update the results of the scan but could not get through to her and will contact her again.

I visited Dr Eric Wee due to frequent stomach pains and he swiftly decided on performing both a gastroscopy and colonscopy to determine the cause of it.
The whole process was very smooth and painless, there was no discomfort during and after the scope. The clinic staff and nurses at the hospital were very friendly and helpful as well.
After the scope, Dr Wee prescribed the necessary meds and I did not experience any intense pains since then.
I would highly recommend if you want a doctor who is efficient and effective.
