Caravan HQ Townsville Disappointing
Over 4 hours drive to Townsville to get our Van serviced, dealing with them was painful, we were asked to leave the Van for a Day, we left it for two days, when we arrived to pick the van up they were another 4 to 5 hours wait (Not sure if they had actually started), the water pump was not fixed, wrong tail lights, put 3 double power points in and was charged an astronomical price, one outside they used a square block house power points with no covers.
Then on top of this when we returned home we receive a separate invoice for a locksmith, first time any mention of a locksmith, then the threatened and chased us until we paid,

If you live in the Townsville area or are travelling in the area and you have the misfortune to have a problem with your caravan or RV, there is only one place to go for help and that is The Caravan Hub. The staff there are magnificent. They truly understand the meaning of customer service and satisfaction. I recently was travelling through Townsville and lost the hatch off the exhaust fan in the bathroom of my caravan. I called into the Hum and they fitted me in and in no time had replaced the whole unit. The staff were wonderful, the work excellent and the price more than reasonable. I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

Caravan Hub needs to get better trained staff, emails and calls go unanswered. Free service is FREE because they did nothing. Issues needed to be addressed was just way too hard and better off taking van to other dealers. Can’t recomend this company for service or warranty issues

Hi Bill, we appreciate your feedback, our first service is free to our customer, we inspect the mechanical components on new vans we have sold to ensure everything is travelling as expected. Unfortuently we are not in control of the Crusader warranty process, and they do not allow us to commence any repairs without prior approval from them.

Absolutely great team and service. We thought we had lost the brakes on our van and just turned up hoping they could help. They fit us in and got us back on the road within 24 hrs. Gemma kept us in the loop and even gave me some sight seeing suggestions. Would recommend this very professional company.

These guys are angels in mechanic suits!!!!
Our U bolts and fish plates gone on left hand front wheel, tried our luck at the caravan hub and pulled in.
They attended to us straight away and got us back on the road in no time. Cannot thankyou you have enough and have plastic your card over social media !!

We picked up our new src18 from the caravan Hub on the 30062023. Our journey was not entirely a pleasant one . We found our main window frame loose on collection day, an unsightly hole where the serocco fan was mounted very unproffessionally , a serious water leak and a loose main battery and baterry box covers -fortunately this did not cause the battery to short out or worst case a potential fire hazard.🥵🤬.
For these reasons, I would not recommend the caravan Hub.

Recently took delivery of a Nova Family Escape. Scott made it stress free & worked with us on the price & inclusions.
We found a small problem shortly after delivery; however, it was rectified ASAP, with after sales service.

Picked up our Snowy River SRC 20 today 29/6/2023 in Townsville. We Couldnt be happier. Tanna did the hand over and was a pleasure to do buisness with. She was very professional and went through everything. Josh made sure the team had all our requirements covered.Nothing was a problem to.
Would reccommend anyone who is looking for a van to go see them. Let the caravaning continue.
