Jim was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him. He explained everything and gave pricing beforehand so there were no surprises. We have 2 kids and a cat. We were very surprised he got certain stains out of our carpet. Great job! Thanks Jim!

The technician payed close attention to the details and worked quickly and efficiently and completed the work promptly and on time.
