Good price. No surprises at the end (just ensure you count your ducts correctly). The technician was very professional and pleasant. Showed me before and after photos as he progressed through the house. Cleaned up well when done. Overall a very positive experience.

The guy didn't even open all the ducts especially on the upper floor and basement.

Overall I was quite happy with the service and the price was right. The customer service team was great to deal with and made booking simple. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and the service tech showed up right on time. The cleaning itself seemed to go well and was relatively smooth, but it was hard to tell because the tech didn't really provide many/any updates unless asked. Also, I'm not sure if this is normal or not, but there was a bunch of large debris left around a couple of vents after the tech left. I suspected there would be some blow back, but we weren't informed that there were several problematic or dirty vents that required our attention.

I had another duct cleaning by this company yesterday and like before they were very professional, polite and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and explained the duct cleaning process to me. I definetley feel the difference in my home and I feel that the air is cleaner. Thanks again National Duct/Power Vac

This is NOT one of those sketchy duct cleaning companies!! From the start the transparency with the costs and details of what how the perform the services over the phone was amazing. They were very flexible with me since I had to move the appointment from the original scheduled date with no problems. On the day they showed up the tech walked through my home to learn where things were. There was no upselling or trying to get more than what was quoted. The tech was a very nice gentleman (Aashish) and he took the time to ask/answer any questions I had before the service started. We had recently purchased a house that had dirty ducts (filled with reno dust & previous animal hair) and they service was able to clean it all out. I also requested the sanitization option since there was an odor in the home. The smell from the product (Benefect) took about a day to dissipate. After the sanitation and cleaning the odor in the home was gone which was amazing. At the end again the cost quoted was what I paid. They did mention on the first call the only reason the price would change is if I decide to add services or if the number of vents provided was incorrect. At the end of the service the amount quoted was the same amount I paid. I would definitely use this company again in the future. Thank you!

Extremely efficient in their process. Our technian Sebastian was very friendly and explained their process of cleaning our ducts as well as our dryer vent system. I would highly recommend this company.

Ishmael was a very well mannered and thorough person to work with. He was polite and knew exactly what he wanted to get done. I didn't follow him around the house but I did show him where everything was in a quick walk about. From there he took over. He said the vents were pretty clean as it was. Marissa in your office was also a pleasure to deal with.Again, well mannered and efficient.Overall, it was quick, efficient and easy to deal with. I see no reason to every go anywhere else. Bill PS- I didn't even notice the sign across the street as it emphasizes a different name the what I found in the directory.

Service was very easy to schedule, prompt communication, they were very clear on what was being done, the cost and payment methods. Jordan was on time, friendly and professional, and I'm happy to report that the dryer time has gone down considerably. Overall great service, I would definitely recommend.

Our first appointment was aborted by our service man, Jordan, when he saw where the vacuum hose was going to have to go. He had been on a commercial site and the hose was muddy. We appreciated his call. Next our appointment was immediately rescheduled. We appreciated this too. Finally, Jordan was an efficient, friendly and effective serviceman. We are very happy with the overall experience. I gladly recommend Power Vac and Jordan.
