I love the way Nathania has structured the training, teaching the small steps to follow to reach the goal. But what makes this different from other classes is the help on the mental side, not just the physical, which is really important and helpful to me.

I completely love these new teas. The DreamEase was an early favourite because it works and nothing is more important to my health than a restorative sleep. Alpha Liver Detox is also great to incorporate during holidays, travel, etc. Love these teas!

The resources for purchase are great. Unfortunately, once I purchased them I only had access to them for 24 hours before being denied access. Customer service has been less than helpful and because I don’t have access I can’t recommend this company to anyone despite the quality meditations and worksheets I have seen and used. The second star is only because their product is good, but the company customer service skills are not desirable. (Put the date as today, but complain ongoing for at least a month). Overal, disappointed.

Pegasus is so kind! I have order multiple times with this shop and everything from the shirts, to the blanket and the book have all been such great quality. The shirts are so soft and comfortable and the blanket was so soft and warm. The book has helped me so much since purchasing! I highly recommend everything in this shop!!

The spa and massage was incredible. The grounds are in a beautiful, serene setting and are clean and inviting. Page Black ants in Veda 4 became a nuisance, within the class, but our instructors were knowledgeable and pleasant. Being in silence was a spiritually, mindful uplifting experience.
