Even though I’ve been suffering from hair loss for a long time, I was a little skeptical about getting a hair transplant because I was scared. But one day, while researching hair transplant clinics, I found the Bank of Hair. Their website and the reviews about them were very good and comforting. So I talked with them through WhatsApp. They replied super fast, and they were also very polite. After sending them pictures of my hair for analysis, they told me I needed 3000 grafts. Then, we video chatted with their sales representative. She was very knowledgeable, and I was happy with her professionalism.
We arranged my appointment date, and I flew to Istanbul on that date. From the time I landed in Turkey until the time I had to fly back, the Bank of Hair team was very caring, and they never left me alone. I was picked up from the airport by the clinic’s driver and taken to the hotel. After I rested a little, the driver took me to the clinic. The staff was very welcoming. Also, my surgeon was very understanding and caring. He explained the whole DHI process again, even though the sales representative had explained it to me before. He patiently answered all my questions. My operation went very well, actually. I did not feel pain. My surgeon and his team were very gentle and always ensured I was comfortable. The next day, I went back to the clinic to have my first hair wash and get my aftercare products. It’s been two days since I returned to Germany, and I feel pretty good. Also, the Bank of Hair team regularly checks how I am feeling and if I am using my products. They really took good care of me. Promise you that their priority is patient satisfaction. I strongly recommend Bank of Hair to everyone considering getting a hair transplant.
