Terrible Customer Service over non delivery
Possibly a good company to deal with providing you do not require customer service. If you do need service they will appear to help but in real terms do nothing except send happy emails and blame everyone else. It is a shame they are prepared to lose custom through their pig headed lack of action. It is not surprising that about 25% of their reviews have only 1 star. Save your hassle, deal with another company.
Part 2. Cartouche replied that their team advised on their rigid conditions to return the goods.
They seem to have forgotten that the second order was only made due to non receipt of the first order. After much investigation on the receipt of the second order we discovered the first order had been taken by someone else.
Cartouche only want to accept a return if I make yet another purchase order and they are not prepared to collect the first one. I am not prepared to drive 20km each way to send, via a courier at my expense, a package which I have recovered on their behalf. They also indicate they will give me credit on my account. No thanks. All in all there have been 28 emails from them plus a similar number from me in reply.
Life is too short to waste any more time with a company which appears unable to accept its responsibilities. All this for 24 euros.
