Terrible Customer Service over non delivery

Possibly a good company to deal with providing you do not require customer service. If you do need service they will appear to help but in real terms do nothing except send happy emails and blame everyone else. It is a shame they are prepared to lose custom through their pig headed lack of action. It is not surprising that about 25% of their reviews have only 1 star. Save your hassle, deal with another company.

Part 2. Cartouche replied that their team advised on their rigid conditions to return the goods.
They seem to have forgotten that the second order was only made due to non receipt of the first order. After much investigation on the receipt of the second order we discovered the first order had been taken by someone else.
Cartouche only want to accept a return if I make yet another purchase order and they are not prepared to collect the first one. I am not prepared to drive 20km each way to send, via a courier at my expense, a package which I have recovered on their behalf. They also indicate they will give me credit on my account. No thanks. All in all there have been 28 emails from them plus a similar number from me in reply.
Life is too short to waste any more time with a company which appears unable to accept its responsibilities. All this for 24 euros.

Fantastic service

Fantastic service. A printer cartridge purchased in June 2022 was found to be faulty upon opening it. This company had no hesitation in initially sending me some instructions to try to rectify the problem and when this did not work, arrange to collect the cartridge at no cost to me on a Tuesday and the new cartridge was delivered to me on the Friday. Outstanding service

Excellent First Class 5 star service.

I ordered Epson ink cartridges on line and I couldn't believe that they were delivered to my home address within 24 hours. Easy web site to navigate along with an excellent service. I fully recommend Cartucho and certainly will use them again. Well done.

No Delivery.

Ordered some items from "CARTUCHO.ES", on Nov 20. 2022, but no goods arrived. When contacting the company, I was informed that the package was delivered to a mailbox 245 somewhere, they refused to answer where that mailbox is located. I was accused of providing an incorrect shipping address, even though I had provided my name, street address, street number, area name, city, zip code, province, phone number and email address. "Their response was that I had myself to blame for not having received any goods." Fraudulent behavior of charging for goods and then not sending any, just blaming others. Think twice if it is worth the risk to order something from this company.

At no time did we indicate that you were at fault for anything, we only informed you that the delivery address of your order matches the address where MRW delivered the package.
As you were not available at the time of delivery, your parcel was received by someone else on your behalf, so we are doing our best to locate them.

Had looked at trustpilot before buying…

Had looked at trustpilot before buying here, rating is well justified. Bought printer, got it the very next day in less than 24h. Service was very helpful and responsive. Website easy and fast, great experience! For sure I will buy here again.

Faster than amazon and quality products

I ordered on Saturday night and got my package on monday morning ( with free delivery !). I didn't expect this at all and I'm happily surprised ! I appreciate the little gift, thank you..It's better than Amazon really . I recommend 100% and would buy my printer products only to them.

This company are crooks..we paid 62…

This company are crooks..we paid 62 pounds for 3 toners. Twice they sent the wrong toners then when we told them we wanted a refund they told us we had to send them back. This company is very bad. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

Avoid this company

This company sent me the wrong cartridge and when I questioned it told me to insert it anyway and then would not refund my money when it didn't work. Do not buy from them

Buy Cheap Buy Twice

After installing their black 540XL cartridge it would not print any black at all. Took it out put it back in and it worked. Next time I used the printer it wouldn't print any black again. Took it out put it back in again and this time it didn't print numerous lines of text. Wasted time running printer cleaning procedures and no difference so purchased an original Canon cartridge which worked perfectly. Contacted them and they requested I printed off a page they sent and I had to scan and return it with a photo of the ink levels. Did this and then they said they would have to send a courier to collect the cartridge so they could see what the problem is. Do they really think I'm going to take a day off work to waste more time and money returning their poor quality product. I'll be buying Canon original cartridges in future.

In all fairness to Cartucho.es - Cartucho.com

In November 2020 I went to the HP printers ink page on the internet and bought 12 ink cartridges from a company called Cartucho. One arrived with the wrong code number, which in all fairness was not that easy to see and I even opened the packet but having the cartridge in my hand could see it was wrong. The difference in code numbers was 933XL as apposed to 903XL which I needed.
After three months of wrangling Cartucho.es, (here something goes wrong as I write Cartucho.es but it is changed to cartridge Is) finally sent a replacement which I received yesterday. How Cartucho.com got involved in the wrangling I do not know but they certainly denied anything to do with Cartucho.es and were quite aggressive.
Well the matter has been resolved but as for future purchases, I will have to see. If the major stores are open I think I would like to buy from them, maybe a bit more expensive but far less problems.
