Discover Assessment is by the far the most accurate test I've taken to help identify my strength and reveal my flaws. It's amazing because it shows you where you stand today and where you could be as long as you improve on your weaknesses.

We used Discover to hire over 30 junior to mid-level colleagues in 2020-2021. And we loved the interface, the gamification of the psychometric assessments, the way the quiz was set up and administered at the back-end, and the customer support provided while setting up the tool.

We’ve recently used Discover for a major talent mapping and training needs analysis project. The assessment helped us identify, not only the development areas, but also the areas of strengths that are more than the required threshold for the job; which could hinder the employees’ performance on the long run. This helped us give the organization an overall view of departments’ as well as individuals’ development areas and created room for discussion on employers’ and employees’ expectations.
