So, this great experience started with getting the wrong order shipped to me, but omg did you guys blow it out of the water with fixing the situation. Immediately after receiving my email about the issue you guys sent me the correct order with a few bonuses for the trouble. I have never dealt with such an efficient and generous company, especially not one that also has such fantastic customer service. Thank you. I would rate you even higher for going so above and beyond if I could. You guys are awesome.

Was contacted and told what i ordered was out of stock and asked if i wanted a refund or a substitution, and as soon as i responded it was sent out and got here on time! Excellent customer service never had an issue, discreet packaging so people wont be tempted to steal it.

Time after time, incredible! Great customer service and attention to detail. If any mistakes (rare) occur, it's usually caught before my package gets to me. I have ordered from you for the first time prior and had no issues with my order. I ordered a second time and you guys advised my package was delivered and I never received it. You explained to allow a few extra days. Sometimes it shows its delivered and it hasn't. I am willing to waiting some more for the package but i also don't want to miss the opportunity to report to my bank if you guys can't assist

I like that it was six grams of distillate but it did seem to taste a bit watery/ not super strong and one of the flavors I was not the biggest fan of the gelato flavor of y’alls line
