BEWARE!!! This company is a fraud. We had our items picked from Fort Worth, Texas on September 29, 2023, and they were supposed to be delivered to us in Michigan on October 14th, 2023. This never happened. The company ignores communication and has refused to tell us when we will get our belongings. It has been over a month and we still have to sleep on a mattress on the floor and live out of suitcases because they haven't delivered our stuff as paid for, and promised. I received ONE call back, after dozens of messages, and it was October 17th and Beau Talley stated it would only be 5-7 more days until delivery. Well, that came and went, and we still have nothing. BEWARE!! Do NOT use this company. They have also had their BBB verification revoked due to poor business management.

Misleading. Never given notice before the arrival of our belongings though it was promised. Crew was too few in number to move a dresser and didn’t have basic tools. Payment plan was never fully explained to us. Owner called nonstop demanding money while we were at the hospital though the situation was fully explained to him. Owner refused to pay for a hotel for his own crew. Tried to demand a signature on a document absolving the company of culpability for broken items - and several were broken

Horrible experience. Clear from the beginning the only priority of this company was making as much money as possible.
Over-charged me. When I contacted customer service they lied and delayed until I threatened them with reporting to their governing board.
I had some delays arriving to the destination. When I got there the moving crew was surly and only wanted to drop things in my garage, even though they were being paid by me for their time.
Several major pieces of furniture quite damaged.
Nothing went well. Avoid this company.

This is the worst moving company I have ever used, being an consultant I have moved many times, with good experiences, except for this company.

The movers damage 2 TV’s, computer monitor, broke off recliner lever, scratches on TV stand and bedroom furniture, and lost a vacuum cleaner.

Green Van Lines picked up my household goods on May 27 from Texas with the expected delivery date of June 26 to Florida. It is August now, and I am STILL waiting for delivery. Other than my repeated calls, I have had zero contact from them about an expected delivery date. Avoid this company at all costs!

Last week my family moved apartments. Although we have moved and stored with Green Van Lines before and had positive experiences, we were blown away by our experience last week. Movers were hard-working, industrious and helpful. They packed up our entire kitchen, including some very fragile items, and still everything arrived at our new place without a scratch. I was talking to my wife how impressive this was. I look forward to using Green Van Lines again when we are ready for our next move.

Very patient with us as we weren't completely packed and a little bit scattered throughout the day. We hit a few stumbling blocks that made the move take longer than expected, but they were very nice about it. Everything got moved intact, nothing broken, nothing missing, and everything was set back up exactly how we wanted it!

Each time, movers were timely, respectful, efficient, and very careful to protect valuable items. They don’t charge for shrink-wrap, no surprises, you only pay what you got quoted, unless the move takes longer or shorter than anticipated. People on the phone were very responsive and helpful each time I called.

Green Van Lines came highly recommended by friends of ours and they didn't disappoint. Mike, Trevor, Austin, and Gary were excellent. They did an excellent job and made a potentially stressful day run smoothly. I was also impressed with the ease of communication via email. We will plan to use Green Van Lines again the next time we move!

Everything went smoothly from booking the move through final delivery. The movers were super speedy, so respectful and friendly, efficient, professional, and nice! They showed up on time and once they got there I literally did nothing. I am highly impressed and love their service. Highly recommended.

Was really shocked watching the way the two of them emptied out my living room and bedroom in only an hour and a half. My parents loved them too and were grateful that they were willing to help move their pre-existing furniture to the basement. Would definitely recommend Green Van Lines to anyone who needs a reliable mover.

I've dealt with some serious moving crap, and it was a relief to know I wasn't being nickel-and-dimed for every tiny thing that happens in a move (e.g., having to walk 2 extra feet). Most importantly, our belongings and furniture were safely packed and made it to our new home without a scratch.

I had interviewed several moving companies before deciding on Green Van Lines. The customer service is great, plus the prices are competitive. The three guys who moved our home, Jacob, Austin, and Larry were the best. They arrived on time and were fast, efficient and very careful with our things. I couldn't have asked for a smoother or more seamless day.

We were impressed with the professionalism and courteousness and helpfullness of the three men assigned to our move from storage to our new residence. The work was done well, quickly and cleanly. We highly recommend Green Van Lines Moving Company and will use them again when that time comes.

We made a cross country move. Things went well when they packed us in TX. However when the driver arrived in CO he hired some men that were not known to the company but just working for cash. They had no moving experience. The day was chaotic and when we unpacked we found that 3 boxes did not make it into our house. We believe they must have been stolen as there is nowhere else they can be. We paid a lot of money for a professional moving company but they did not give us professional movers.

They did an awesome job, with 4-man crew. Worked fast re-build all the furniture stuff in the new place, asked where things wanted to be placed and was cheaper than what was estimated. It was basically stress-free would definitely use it again and recommend it to other people.
