BAD!! I have to live with a sloopy, trashy remodel everyday. Too many problems to list but:
When the job was signed off, he tried to charge me for things that should have or had been done!
They used MY stuff..ladders, TOOLS, buckets, fans and I had to tell them to clean them up. Painted my fireplace but not the hearth. Installed a/c vents wrong. Intake were on the ceiling and vents low on the wall. Daniel said I DID NOT need underlayment under the floor although Floor A & Decor said I did. I had to argue with him to get it done and the floor still pops. He would text or call me first thing in the morning and TELL me to meet him in 15 minutes and he was usually late. There are so many stupid things that wete wrong I can't list them all. Suffice it to say, I'm heartbroken, embarrassed to have friends and family over and spending weeks to repair his sloppy work.
When the job was signed off, he tried to charge me for things that should have or had been done!
I can't afford to have another company and make my house look remodeled so I'm stuck with this mess. Worst decision I ever made!

Home Experts has been our main lead source for moving leads for about six months now and we have found it to be extremely profitable and valuable to our company. They are real leads from real people looking to buy moving services. They are not fake leads. They are given to other companies so we find that we have to be fast at contacting them and they are contacted by other moving companies but that is the same as all other lead sources. Our representative Dennis Torres is fantastic. He goes way above and beyond the call of duty to make our account work. Our leads are valuable to our company and if we ever have any problems they are always refunded no questions asked. But Dennis is the real reason we have success with Home Experts I believe as he is extremely professional and courteous. Each day he sends us our balance and makes sure we never run out of funds or leads and our account is always working properly. Thanks Dennis your're the best!!!

Home experts has by far been the best lead provider out of them all. We run a moving company and they have sent nothing but profitable leads to us at a steady rate. To be honest I have no clue what we would do during the slow seasons in our business without them. Portillo is our account manager and saying he does a great job would be an understatement! If your thinking of testing home expert out for your business rest assured knowing that they will walk you through making sure your business has a profitable relationship with them!

This company promised 56 Semi Exclusive Branded Leaders for 2000.00. We received 4 actual leads. The rest of the leads we were charged for their call center couldn't get a hold of, were fake leads or fake emails, yet they still charged us the 2000.00 saying that's what we contracted for as those are what Semi-Exclusive Branded Leads are. I've emailed them, called them several times, they keep promising return phone calls and emails. Avoid this company. Their leads are crap. Also avoid P4P - as they are sister companies and we originally purchased these leads through our contact at P4P.

Solid leads!!! We are making alot of money with them and we are also saving alot of money now that we have alocated more than half of our budget for marketing towards purchasing more leads through homeexpert. OUR MARKETING ROI HAS DOUBLED.

I actually used them to find a plumber who did a good job so I turned around and started using them for my own painting business and wound up winning a a few jobs. Booked 6 appts out of 10 leads and won 4 of them. Good quality stuff.. Obviously some bad with the good its online lead gen, so theres going to be a couple bad leads, but for me I've made more than I've spent. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

I had booked a servicing of Bosch washing machine. The executive was so unprofessional and left everything dirty after the service. He was not bothered to put away the waste in the dustbin nor clean the excess water on the floor. He broke a part of the machine. After the service there was water leaking and customer care executive was very very rude when I tried to talk to him about the experience.

We are in August 2022.still the worst in the lead biz..smooth talkers..fake reviews..never answers your call unless you call from a different number.stay away. They got rid of the last batch of trash that they had work in there so now people think that the company has taken on a new management unfortunately these people here are in it for the money it's all about sales and commission so of course you are going to be the last thing on their mind it's all about them stay away find a different lead generating company they're all online companies with integrity

100% scam Zadi is the biggest scam artist paid for 200 dollars worth of leads only received $100 worth called to cancel before the reoccurring payment and seen they charged me another $200 before the date that i was supposed to be charged. I was very polite but hes a liar and will say you will get a refund in 3-5 days then will never pick up another one of your calls.....all the leads are fake...... Do yourself a favor STAY AWAY

I signed up with HomeExpert in October 2019 for Solar leads.  I work in sales for a Solar company on the side of my full time job.  Since I’ve signed up, I’ve been landing about one to two jobs per month with a high profit margin.  I want to give a shout out to my Account Manager Joe.  Joe has my back and is more than fair with me.   Thanks HomeExpert and thanks Joe.

I have now been using home expert for the past month. The leads they allege to bring in are not leads. I have worked with lead generation companies before and this has to be one of the worst. I have made numerous complaints to my account manager who has apologized but apologizing does not fix this. I paid for a service that does not work. PERIOD. I am a contractor out of Boston Massachusetts

There is a reason there are more bad reviews then good reviews.. look into them before investing your money. This is a terrible company to work with. They WILL take your money and take off. No communication from the team after they tell you they will call you. They won’t return your emails or calls but they will auto drafter money from your account for terrible leads...leads coming in with fake numbers, customers that don’t have a clue who home expert are, or didn’t ask to be contacted... scam scam scam. I have asked that my account is canceled and asked for a refund of $450 but I have received very little communication and my account is still active after four emails and constant calls...
