I really wanted to love this place, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I really wanted to love this place, unfortunately the owner and staff are EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. As others have mentioned in previous reviews the staff and owner seem to not care about customer service. Poor customer service is one thing but the way the owner has spoken to me is beyond rude. I thought I might be in the MINORITY in this situation but clearly the owner speaks to the MAJORITY of customers who have a bad experience at his store in this way just reading a few review responses. I tried to give infused CBD multiple chances to right multiple wrongs but instead I was accused and belittled over the phone and through email. I suggest you find another local business to support as these guys somehow managed to give cbd a BAD NAME.

Edit: everything the owner has said in his reply is a lie. He is creating this grand scheme that I am somehow solely responsible for all his bad reviews. I have multiple email records with the owner and multiple email confirmation receipts from orders.

We'd like to bring to everyones attention the Kole is spamming us - While he has ordered from us 3 times online asking us to deliver to his how which we have and have delivered him the correct products. We have emailed him asking what we did wrong and after asking him why he never called or emailed us directly asking to get the correct products delivered he and his friend have started leaving negative reviews about us. Stating we are not open when we say we are and point out other things only people with to much time on their hands would do or someone that is from a competing business. We have both no record of this person calling us from 3104182180 and have emails to him asking what we did wrong with no response. Then after placing all these orders he decided to leave negative reviews about all the products stating "Wrong Item" with a smiley face, like a child would do when they are doing something wrong. While we encourage positive and negative reviews it is disappointing when someone abuses that system for there own positive gain.

Kole - thank you for agreeing that you have multiple orders from us - that for sure isn't something we are lying about. Though what you forget about is leaving negative reviews for all the products you ordered saying you received all the wrong products from us over 3 separate orders, why would you do that? Also why say we have poor customer service when we reach out to you about you getting the wrong item and then you decide to start leaving us negative reviews instead of communicating with us about what it was you got that you didn't order when you ordered it? So while we have made no claim you have left us all our negative reviews we do see a direct correlation between your social media and folks that are registered to your address with reviews that are posted on google and yelp.

Infused is my favorite…

Infused is my favorite way to purchase CBD!! The products are incredible and the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful! I would recommend Infused to anyone who is interested in learning more about CBD or is already a pro!

Horrible online customer service!

Horrible customer service in their online shop and they're not informed about the laws that apply to their company. When I kindly asked them to provide me their GDPR information, which they have to do by law since I'm a European citizen. They where very rude and refused to provide the information before they blocked me from the chat. Very shady, will definitely not buy any products from here!

Answer:
To clarify, I do not find the store shady because you provided a discount code via chat instead of email. It made me suspicious that you wanted my email address in exchange for the discount code. There's no secret that companies sell information about customers to third parties, not saying that it applies to you. It made me even more suspicious when you refused to provide me with your GDPR policy which by law says that you're not allowed to sell my information. I wanted proof that you're not selling my information. And yes, i find it very shady how you can't provide that proof and react defensive.

GDPR applies to all companies storing personal data about European citizens. As GDPR.EU states "What this means in practice is that if you collect any personal data of people in the EU, you are required to comply with the GDPR. The data could be in the form of email addresses in a marketing list."
Please educate yourself further.

Amanda - as we are not a EU company by “law” we don’t have to provide you with any GDPR, our privacy policy is the same. So maybe instead of spamming us with negative reviews after providing you with a discount code via chat In exchange for your email that you asked for, be grateful you had a real person to deal with. If you’d like to read our privacy policy that is readily available for you on our website. You and Ingrid seem to be mad because you asked for a discount code, which you got. The irony.
