JC arrived promptly and explained what he would do. He took great care to protect the area around the wood burner prior to commencing work. He kept me informed during the cleaning process and explained what he had done and what he would advise for the future to ensure the wood burner would continue to operate at maximum efficiency. JC also advised on the benefits of fitting of a CO monitor. On completion, he confirmed that I was happy with the work completed and left everything extremely clean and tidy. I would very happily recommend Jim Chim-in-ey.
