Highly unprofessional company.
I was trying to check the price with taxes and pressed the submit button, and without any information, the order got placed.
Now they are sending emails to pay the amount and saying that the order can't be canceled.
Never seen such unprofessional company.
Please be aware everyone.
Customer care is not helpful at all.

I have had a few previous orders from Money Metals for silver bullion. If you need to talk to a rep, they are all knowledgeable but also placing an order online is very streamlined. Depending on how you make payment and once it clears, your order usually ships that day. I am located on the same coast as MME and receive my order in 2 business days. I did have a situation with my most recent order of silver American Eagles. I contacted Customer Service (Michelle in shipping). After some e-mail communication, the issue was resolved and my order was made great! Assuming they have the product I am looking for, I will look to Money Metals Exchange first.

Over the past 3 or 4 years I've ordered various items from them. They are a bit slow when paying by check, but as long as you're not in a rush, you'll get what you ordered without any problems. In one instance there was a quality problem, and they helped me resolve it in a reasonable way. Every other time, quality is fantastic, so I'd reorder from them without hesitation.

Switched my shipping address from my UPS Store mail drop to my home unilaterally. I was concerned I would not be home. Refused to change address inplying I was a fraudster. They cancelled the order at my request and made the point they would not do business with me again. Not that I was going to. All over a more secure address.

Prices of Silver Eagles much more reasonable than prices at other dealers. My order arrived on time, in an envelope, that gave no indication of what the contents were. I had to sign for the pkg. The contents arrived in pristine condition and wrapped well. Will order from MMX again.

Through thier lack of follow up,and my questions. Only recourse after their dont ask dont tell policy was to entertain the idea of credit card complaint! In turn my order was cancelled and my account closed!order said complete,wanted to know what that meant since i had NO shipping e mail? The woman played stupid telling me the number i gave they could not locate. It was their number!so needless to say i informed this mental giant i would inform my credit card company.this is when all their bull got deeper! Aparently they think theyre God? Advise to steer clear.to all veterans show support and boycott this dump!

I've been doing business with Money metals for 3 years and have always had a good experience. Their pricing is good, their shipping is fast, and the customer service is flawless. I like that they are family owned and focus on bullion -- don't push all those pricey "rare" coins like the shady people on TV. I have heard Trust Pilot is not a legitimate review service, often used by a company's competitors to smear. Money Metals' reviews at BBB are very good.

They sold my purchase BACK to themselves and screwed me.
I choose the depository option, payment accepted, and invoice mailed to my home... No problems. later i see a deposit to my bank account for $166.84 LESS Than I paid. Clint did call me back and explained that i had not filled out a missing document that he supposedly emailed me on Dec 5th. all i received was countless solicitation, and a couple of calls that registered as "Spam". he said "they couldn't wait forever" so they stole it back... It seems the website would have flagged me for more paperwork, or they would have sent it with my invoice... thieves.

Money Metals has always delivered quickly and their pricing and service have been excellent. Meanwhile, I've heard Trust Pilot is a scammy review company that is used by black hat internet trolls. It appears Money Metals' competitors have been exploiting this platform to smear Money Metals with negative reviews that simply do not ring true.

Customer Service rep a total jerk! I inherited a collection of silver that I know nothing about. I created an excel spreadsheet so I could provide the most accurate info possible as quickly as possible (with my limited novice knowledge) to the customer service person when I called. He was getting annoyed when I would update a number, etc. We spent 15 minutes on the phone, he gave me the quote (a couple thousand) and when he asked if I was going to sell I told him I needed to do my due diligence and get another quote. His response was "are you kidding me we have spent 30 minutes on the phone". Needless to say, I'll take my business elsewhere.

Order shows as delivered...signed for by postal deliver worker. $1000 down the drain. Found out the provided insurance was only $100.00. Money Metals say they never received any emails and time for reporting lost package has passed. Had to call customer service and post office to be told nothing could be done. Buy local and don't trust delivery form this company.

I placed an order for some gold and silver rounds on Saturday Oct. 7th and Paypal authorized payment, but MONEY METALS cancelled the purchase when the price of gold went up on Monday! Filed a complaint with BBB but they can't make MM fulfill their contract. I hate dishonest companies....

I purchased 2 Pyromet silver cards from Money metal exchange and when they arrived I found both cards had many scratches and dents. The certificate of authenticity claims these cards are 2023 but look much older. When I called money metal exchange to enquire they told me the scratches and dents are natural because of the thinness of the card. Funny that the sales pic doesn't have scratches and dents!

Misleading information, high prices, slow delivery.
I signed up for the automatic monthly savings plan program because they claimed lower premiums. After three months I was paying a higher premium than if I just purchased off the website.
The premiums are MUCH higher than competitors.
Do yourself a favor and shop around...

I have bought from MM 5 times since I started collecting gold/silver 3/24/23…last 4 deliveries/shipping were perfect. The 5th and last was very disappointing concerning shipping department and their quality control. I purchased 4-2oz silver standing liberty, 2 were packaged correctly in the plastic flips. But OMG the other 2 rounds were forced into 1 plastic flip that was actually ripped from forcing the rounds in the plastic flips. 1 of the 2oz round was nicked on the reed at 8 o’clock. How can this happen?
Have pictures and emails where they said they would send me 2 new plastic flips (nothing) was mentioned about if the the silver were damaged being forced in the plastic flip. I have moved to Monument Metals…

Don't use this company, PERIOD! They try to trick you into following a lot of pages on their web site and then they act as though you made a commitment. I decided not to make a purchase until I had done more research but just because they got me to give them some of my personal information they started collection's activities against me. I never agreed to anything and they are trying to get money for holding something. I have no idea what that means?? They are a total fraud and a big time scammer operation. Do not do business with them or you will probably regret it

High premiums & terrible prices. Borderline on a scam. If you are buying as investment, if you buy 1oz/purchawe know that Gold will need to hit near $2500/oz prior to any profit possible from your purchase.

What's worse - the premiums are even HIGHER on smaller quantities- with premiums on 1/10 oz being nearly 50% = $3000/oz gold to make a profit.

Caveat emptor

It's hard for me to believe that Money Metals is getting all these bad reviews. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. Product selection is great along with great detailed information, followed by very reasonable pricing. There is always someone cheaper out there, but cheaper doesn't always mean better. Shipping has been lightning fast for me as well. Every item I have purchased has been delivered in excellent condition, discreetly, as well as exactly as described. I will continue to purchase most if not all my precious metals from Money Metals.

Nothing but good things to say. I recently discovered Money Metals and have placed multiple orders with ZERO problems. Low/competitive prices on bullion rounds, discreet packaging (no mention of senders name or contents anywhere on the package or label) required signature and fast shipping. Judging by the misspelling and poor grammar, I’d bet the negative reviews are coming from foreign trolls or political advisories - due to Money Metals email news letters that seem to be fairly politically charged and leaning waaay right. I have recommended them to friends and family who have all had great experiences.

MME, charge me extra for shipping and when usps failed to delivery they told me once they gave it to the shipper, it was no longer their responsiblility and I was responsible to track the package and insure it gets delivered. I am a truck driver and im hardly home, so now I have to take time off from work to travrl to pick up the package from the post office before they send it back and if I cant get back to the area fast enough MME says im S.O.L if they send it back, dispite paying for the insured delivery.
