This is a second time I have used Mortgage Bureau and can't fault them. This time I needed to remortgage our house as the current one is expiring soon. All the team are amazing and very helpful thanks to Georgia H and B, Keiron. All are highly experienced and knowledgeable.

If there was a possible problem with my remortgage it materialised... started in November 2022, completed today (29th Feb 24)

Mortgage Bureau were the only consistent light of hope in the whole farcical process

Clear, helpful advice and instructions, not to mention the understanding when I fell apart on the phone after more bad news

Special mention to Andrew O'Toole who did exactly what he said he would at every step of the process even if it was only to very apologetically ring to say the lender hadn't got back to him as promised

I'll be back once the fixed rate expires

We have received a full support with our mortgage application, which is quite specific. Richard and Jade are very helpful at all times, and updates are sent on regular basis, what is very much appreciated as this was very first mortgage application. This is very important in stressful times.

We cannot recommend Mortgage Bureau enough. Everything was complete in a timely manner and complete transparency throughout. They were honest and open throughout and made a scary situation of buying our first house with two small children a stress fee. Me & my partner are both first time buyers & knew nothing of the mortgage process. Nyk & Georgia have guided us, kept us informed & more times than i'd liked to admit calmed us down & explained the process & what & why.

We're now set to own our first house & are awaiting the date to move in thank's to Nyk, Georgia & Mortgage Bureau, we'll definitely be using them again in the future when we need too & i'm sure the process will be faultless again...we may even be calmer 2nd time round!

Excellent Service!
This is our first time using mortgage advice bureau and I cannot find any fault in their service or advice. My husband and I felt supported by Jordan throughout our whole journey. He provided answers to our questions and helped us find the right mortgage for our new home! Josh was also a great support with the admin side of the process.
Overall, I would highly recommended to my friends and family to use mortgage advice bureau. Amazing service!

Nicholas and Lewis listened carefully to our requirements and then spent time to consider the options available, before getting back to us quickly with an appropriate solution to what was quite a difficult problem.Very helpful service. Emailed us with all the information, including monthly costs, fees etc so we could make an informed decision. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

The whole process was made simple and straightforward. As a first-time buyer, Tolga has explained all the steps in detail, talked through options and submitted the AIP and mortgage application in less than 2 weeks.

An awful experience which only made the stress of moving house much worse. We appreciate that Mortgage Bureau weren’t to blame that the person who was dealing with our case left part way through our house sale. However the details of our case got lost in the handover and it took daily phone calls on our part to get our case picked up again. No one called back when they said they would. The delay affected the Product that we were able to get and it delayed our Completion Date by a month. An inaccurate application was submitted so our initial mortgage offer was wrong. This again was only rectified by multiple phone calls on our part. The communication was very poor. We will not be using this company again.

They kept us informed every step of the way, even checked in when there wasn't anything new to update us with and we received quick replies when ever we had any queries. Nothing has been too much trouble even when things weren't straight forward. Highly recommended and will definitely continue to to use the Mortgage Bureau.

We’ve used mortgage bureau for the first time and we’re extremely happy with the service we’ve received from Karjun Tsang and Georgia. Karjun has been a true professional mortgage advisor, he has not only helped us with the mortgage but also rebuilt our confidence with his advice. When we got qualified for a new build by Bill, we also got disqualified by a different mortgage adviser for the same property. Bill gave us 99.9% assurance that based on our income/outgoings we are qualify for the property... Guess what! We got a mortgage offer from a bank on the 14/7/2023 for this new build. Thank you Bill and Fiona for your support.

Appalling

Sophie Williams we dealt with to start who just dropped the ball. Gave us an offer for mortgage which we decided to go with & emailed her the Thursday night. Heard nothing till the following Wednesday then that Friday she sent me all the details with a different mortgage rate costing us another £60 a month cause she obviously S***the bed & just didn’t tell us. She did not inform us that the rate had changed at all.
There were days where I would email her & just be ignored which I eventually called through & just got excuses. Not very professional at all.

Cainan Mitchell was the case handler very informative at times but things were dragging on due to HSBC delays & redeeming the help to buy just seemed like we were at a stand still.

Started our remortgage on 24th May was finally sorted 1st September which is just ridiculous.

Was mega stressed out dealing with mortgage bureau as I was chasing them to do a job I was paying them for. I would get an email to print & sign then a few days later more that had been missed.

I won’t be using them again.

These guys really understand mortgages and have experts for any circumstance. I am borrowing more on my mortgage (at the worst time for the last 30 years) to pay off my help to buy equity loan.

Not only do they understand the entire process start to finish, they evidently have built up a black book of contacts within all the relevant government organisations to get things moving as efficiently as possible.

They are true mortgage experts. Amazing Service.

Karjun was our main point of contact during the process and he has been brilliant! He kept in regular contact with me even on his days off and made sure I was at ease by explaining everything clearly when I was in a panic. He has been so helpful answering all our queries and keeping us informed.

Georgia has also been amazing keeping us updated during the process and following up on next stages.
