Unprofessional level of service
Went to Dudley, Merry Hill branch with my A71 phone not connecting to network: Naz was confident it could be repaired and charged me £65. The first suggested fix by date came and went, so did the second. After 4 weeks I collected my unrepaired phone. Naz offered me a refund and put my card through the reader. Surprise surprise no refund was ever received. Poor communication, no receipts/paperwork, took my money and I've no evidence anything was ever done to try and repair my phone. I just feel I was completely ripped off.
