Unprofessional level of service

Went to Dudley, Merry Hill branch with my A71 phone not connecting to network: Naz was confident it could be repaired and charged me £65. The first suggested fix by date came and went, so did the second. After 4 weeks I collected my unrepaired phone. Naz offered me a refund and put my card through the reader. Surprise surprise no refund was ever received. Poor communication, no receipts/paperwork, took my money and I've no evidence anything was ever done to try and repair my phone. I just feel I was completely ripped off.

Purchased I phone and an I pad from Fone World Merry Hill we had excellent service from Raj and Has both were really helpful. Prices were very competitive and I would definitely purchase from them again.

I noticed in dealing with customer in front of me they were told how to do what they needed Not talked down to and not sold something they didn’t in the end need

I had to take my 2 sons phones in to…

I had to take my 2 sons phones in to get a new screen on different days and the service and quality of the repairs were both excellent.
No need to look elsewhere for future repairs :)

Bath Store

Bath Store - Avoid at all cost! the level of incompetence, excuses and poor customer service. I would literally take my phone anywhere else other than this branch. Awful!

Excellent experience

I went into Fone World George Street, Hove, Sussex today 30/3/23 and saw two young men one by the name of Tejas. My Apple mobile phone fell into the gutter in London.There had been torrential rain and it was soaked - no reception! I took it into the store and was surprised to hear something could be done. Very efficient,very polite and competitively priced. Very good

Terribly overpriced

Terribly overpriced. Charged £29.99 for an iphone 15 pro cover. Shabby packaging, someone had obviously removed the item from the box and replaced it any old how. Wanted to charge almost the same price for a screen protector! Checked prices elsewhere. Curry's charge £12.99 for the same item. Requested refund. Won't be stepping foot inside there again.

Fantastic service at Fone World…

Fantastic service at Fone World Cambridge - the kind you thought didn’t exist anymore. These guys really take pride in getting it right and making sure the customer is happy. Tried 3 screens for my iPad Air before found one that is compatible, put on screen protector, and even added a cover free of charge due to the delay. Tremendous. Go here and you won’t regret it.

Many thanks to Aman Farhan for his help today in the camberly store, me and my partner are not very good at anything like this , .. brought a USB stick to download thousands of precious photos to make storage space on my phone , his patient polite kind help was truly appreciated , would recommend him and the store to anyone . Top service at the Bath store

I called into your Bath store today and met your excellent team - very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. They replaced a battery in my phone at a very reasonable charge and within 30 minutes.
Despite their team narrowly loosing to Australia in the T20 semi final they remained cheerful and are clearly students of the game of cricket.
I would highly recommend their service.

Excellent Experience

Excellent experience. I’ve just bought a reconditioned iPhone in Fone World, Kingston. This fresh new shop offers repairs and accessories. The manager, Mohammed, could not have been more helpful, explaining the different options, and suggesting a case and screen cover. He even put my SIM card into it, meaning that I left the shop ready to roll. Thank you for your very helpful and very useful service.

I took my daughters iPad to have a…

I took my daughters iPad to have a crashed screen change, and they did it quickly and back before she started school the wee after. Sadly that came loose and become a nuisance but my daughter kept it in her case until school ended… long story short I took it again explained what happend and they were super kind to replace the screen again at no extra charge. BIG thank you and TWO thumbs up. Sorry to hear about sad story, they were super kind and helpful to us.

Excuses

My partner took her phone in to be repaired 5 weeks ago. (Merry Hill Dudley) The poor excuses about it being delayed and that it’s been sent off for repair is shocking. The phone still not fixed so requested a refund, and guess what another excuse the manager isn’t in until Thursday another two days ( nearly 6 weeks ) and only he can authorise.
Stay away is my advice !!

Visited the store in Brighton (opposite TKmaxx). My grandad and I were served by Ahmed. Ahmed has been such a professional, provided an honest opinion on the state of the phone's software, cleaned up the space on the phone, while being kind offering the grandad a seat as it took circa 30min to get the phone up and running. Thank you very much Ahmed!

Well done Foneworld Cambridge!

Really great service, super speedy. My daughters XR screen broke and they replaced in half an hour same day. Also got a protector reduced thrown in. The manager even answered his mobile in the evening when I had rung intending to leave a message.

All the excellent reviews say it all.

All the excellent reviews say it all. The 3 guys in Fone World Bath are so patient, helpful and keep to their word. My phone became locked and had to be remotely sorted by Google. They phoned me to update me twice exactly when they said they would and nothing was too much trouble. They even printed my Spanish locator form for me as I had had problems accessing the website.
They were equally helpful to everyone who came into the shop while I was there. A very big THANK YOU.
