Very reliable, very good prices

They delivered a small package in 1 day from Sweden to Greece for a very good price (lowest I could find anywhere online), exactly as per the conditions of the contract. Very pleased with the service. I will use them in the future.

The initial booking is easy

The initial booking is easy. However there are definitely areas in booking that needs help. For private persons 1. Customs form redesigned when sending personally owned goods to reflect personal goods ! Also clarifying even though you own your clothes and toiletries you need to give them a value or ups will hold package or return it making you pay again if returned. Strange rules to send your overflow home or to lighten your load. Form should be clear to reflect not commercial shipment but personal package! Also you should if problem occurs be able to upload new documents without having to wait for office to reopen delete first one so you can upload new. I appreciated getting tech help but would like things simplified so it’s not necessary!

Excellent service

We made last minute decision to send our boxes from Sweden to Switzerland. The packets were picked timely by ups and were delivered on the third day at our doorstop. Highly recommended!!

Booking webpage is however confusing after initial information is entered. I don’t find a web page for a phone and therefore can only half the page be seen on the screen and you need to move around on the page

My package reached the destination in…

My package reached the destination in good time and condition, but the tracking system on their website didn't work. Customer service was however friendly and guided me to UPS's webpage.

Great service

Is was really fast and no damages to my packages. Only problem I have is that you can't change your weight anywhere in case you have to add something last minute. I wouldn't mind if it would have been more expensive, but it would have been nice.

Took forever to fill in the form/set up…

Took forever to fill in the form/set up account! Not very clear.
Went to delivery point on Friday 17th November, they could not print anything so had to find a printer myself. Packet could not be sent that day as a result. Had to wait for Monday 20th November.

Not very impressed with the (lack of) service!

Packet not delivered yet (or traceability page not updated since Friday 24th November.)

Rang UPS customer services on Friday 24th November. She suggested that the recipient of the packet should ring them directly. When I told her that the recipient (in France) would struggle understanding her English and have a conversation with her, she hung up on me!

Appalling!

I am completely unsatisfied since paket…

I am completely unsatisfied since paket did not help me deliver my parcel on date and I wasted whole day speaking myself with UPS and fixing my issue, I demand a full refund for my issue.

Slow communication

Slow communication. Still don’t know where my bags are. I have contacted UPS directly.

Initially it was delayed due to missing customs information. I then called UPS and they said all is fine with my package. Spent the last week getting redirected to different people. It is now 14th June and we have received half of our shipment. I don’t know where the other half is.
