You guaranteed live arrival th If you want dead fish order from this companyat did…

You guaranteed live arrival that did not happen. In fact quite the opposite do not appreciate Paying 45 plus dollars for dead fish. There was no mention of having to pay extra shipping to ensure a live arrival. Live arrival was guaranteed when this was brought to your attention. Your response was oh well. You should have paid more money. So as far as i'm concerned You are unreliable, untrustworthy misleading in your statements. And are not anyone I would ever choose to do business with again!

This policy is also shown at the end of checkout as a disclaimer T/Cs that must be agreed to prior to payment. Note, if USPS is used, there aren’t any live arrival guarantees as shown at checkout and also next to the shipment option captions. We do guarantee live arrival with FedEx overnight.

Consistently Reliable

Over the past several years, I have purchased tropical fish from Pet Zone in summer and winter. I live on the east coast (many miles from Pet Zone). The packaging has always met the challenge of getting the fish cross country alive and in healthy condition - the best I've seen. The fish have always exceeded my expectations - Pet Zone is the best!

Hard to communicate with. Order was short.

Order was short because they didn't have what I ordered. You can't speak to them on the phone (even though they have a # for order issues). They still speak of Covid protocols on the phone and on website.
Emailing them back and forth for weeks (response usually within a day). Never got that type of fish I ordered. I opted for another Congo Tetra. They sent a little bitty fish. USP slow boat. Took 3 days. It was alive (amazing).

Was sent fish with a faulty heat pack

Was sent fish with a faulty heat pack, one fish was dead and 4 were barely alive. Mind you it was 10°F outside the day of delivery
not including the 24 hour delay with Fed ex. The dead one I only received store credit ($19) and was expected to cover the shipping ($55) again. Instead of actually helping and answering questions all they did was send me a link to their DOA instructions. Horrible service.
Edit. Introduced ich into my tank, and one of the gourami's died. DO NOT BUY HERE

Dead fish

I liked how fast it came but my fish was dead and the packaging was not substantial enough I expected better. Now I love how the catfish looked its just that was my dream fish I will get another one this summer I hope the packing is better than it was. Like i was expecting it to be lined with Styrofoam and cardboard shavings for warmth.

Quick shipping, healthy fish and great customer service

I was worried about ordering fish online, especially since geographically I'm located far from Pet Zone. However all of my fish arrived safe and sound in great health. Pet Zone was prompt with processing my order and kept me informed of the status and shipping. Some fish were missing from the first delivery due to a packing error. Correcting this problem was hassle free with Pet Zone and their customer service was helpful and friendly, promptly resolving the mistake.

Repeat Purchaser!

The fish arrived earlier than expected during the day, nicely packaged with plenty of oxygen, ready to be placed in the tank! The prices are great, and if something is out of stock, customer service will let you know before your order is shipped. I will certainly continue to purchase from Pet Zone Tropical Fish! Quality, communication, and fast!

I ordered 3 Half Banded Spiny Eels. PetZone sent me an order confirmation immediately. Then they sent order updates with specific shipping info. The order was processed with in 24 hours. My Eels arrived very healthy and they acclimated beautifully. Highly recommend Pet Zone Tropical Fish for online fish orders.

Quick shipment, healthy fish!

Ordered some cave tetras from here. Paid twice as much in shipping than the actual fish costed (for overnight with the live delivery guarantee). I'm glad I did! Fish shipped asap and arrived asap. They were packaged well in a temp controlled container. All 8 have been in my tank for about a week now and seem incredibly healthy.

No update on shipping when asked…

No update on shipping when asked multiple times

Eventually received a “cancelled” shipment when asked for an update!!!

Never got a reply from them advising why!

Excellent costumer service

Amazing service , from great carefully packages fish, all well and alive. Was inadvertently sent wrong fish due to mislabeling by their supplier . I was credited and not charged for 10 green tiger barbs sent in error. Used credit to buy fish food , fish out of stock now. Max thank you for great follow up and you attention. Will do business again

Very happy

I have been searching for banded sharks for our newly completed pond and couldn't find them anywhere locally. I took a chance ordering online, and I'm so happy I did! I had initially tried to order more than they had available, and someone contacted me immediately to resolve that. They were delivered the next day happy, healthy, and even bigger and nicer than I was expecting! Thank you for your excellent customer service and care in packaging.

Not buying from them ever again!

They sent me a wrong item even though packing list states the correct one with hopes I won't notice it. Explanation was the item was not in stock (not according to their website) and they sent a different one instead. Ate communicating with support they refunded the item price but not shipping I payed for. So, I lost shipping money even if it was 100% their fault. Shady practice, stay away!

Ordered 6 Indiana glass fish on the 12th of nov.Had them shipped ups prioity just got he today the 16th 4 days in bag 3 lived n 3 died to long to be in shippment that's why I paid for the rush going to try to get the 3 replaced or refunded if they can't get them here any faster why did i pay for prioity shipping
