I've had a customer service request…

I've had a customer service request waiting with them for weeks now, no response

We are so sorry for this. We have had reduced capacity recently, due to sick leave. This has unfortunately affected our response time on email, but fortunately we are still available on phone.

They took the money and disappeared.!!!

After placing an order online and picking up from the store, upon arrival at the store I was told that the products are not in stock in the store even though it is written online that everything is in stock. They asked me to place a new order with the products as they have in stock and I was told that they would cancel the first order and that I would receive a refund. Now more than two weeks have passed and I still have not received a refund or any reference to the request to cancel the order.!!!

They just took the money and disappeared.!!!

Words from a satisfied customer

I discovered Sykkelpikene in March of 2021 and have bought many products from them since, including an E-bike, baskets, tires, a helmet, gloves and other accessories. When I'm out on the road bicycling, people I meet often ask where I purchased something I'm using from Sykkelpikene. And whenever I have questions, I simply call Sykkelpikene in search of solutions and have never been disappointed by either their customer service or technical assistance. In other words...I highly recommend Sykkelpiken! ;-)

The shop has the wrong opening hours in…

The shop has the wrong opening hours in the website. I went there just to find the doors closed. The correct opening hours were handwritten at the door. And i tried to contact the customer service and got no response.

Klickfix removable basket

I bought a klickfix adapter for my handlebars because I wanted a removable basket on the front. The staff in the Trondheim shop were helpful in finding me the best solution. Thanks

Great shop for first cargo ebike!

Very pleased with the support we received selecting our cargo bike, test rides for whole family were no issue and have helped with any issues and accessories since, great shop!

Not only does this bike looks…

Not only does this bike looks absolutely stunning, with such a classic vibe to it, but it allso rides soooo smooth, that you will get sad when it's time to get off it. Lovely
