i am buying it for i have a good security with my 6 year old daughter. What I'm seeing is that it's a great opportunity for those who only use the bike. I loved it.

After placing an order online and picking up from the store, upon arrival at the store I was told that the products are not in stock in the store even though it is written online that everything is in stock. They asked me to place a new order with the products as they have in stock and I was told that they would cancel the first order and that I would receive a refund. Now more than two weeks have passed and I still have not received a refund or any reference to the request to cancel the order.!!!
They just took the money and disappeared.!!!

I discovered Sykkelpikene in March of 2021 and have bought many products from them since, including an E-bike, baskets, tires, a helmet, gloves and other accessories. When I'm out on the road bicycling, people I meet often ask where I purchased something I'm using from Sykkelpikene. And whenever I have questions, I simply call Sykkelpikene in search of solutions and have never been disappointed by either their customer service or technical assistance. In other words...I highly recommend Sykkelpiken! ;-)

The shop has the wrong opening hours in the website. I went there just to find the doors closed. The correct opening hours were handwritten at the door. And i tried to contact the customer service and got no response.

I bought a klickfix adapter for my handlebars because I wanted a removable basket on the front. The staff in the Trondheim shop were helpful in finding me the best solution. Thanks

Not only does this bike looks absolutely stunning, with such a classic vibe to it, but it allso rides soooo smooth, that you will get sad when it's time to get off it. Lovely
