A complicated deal made easy by Raj and Cheryl. I was looking to exchange my 2015 AP with a 2021 Rolex. The team at luxury hut made this happen with minimum fuss. I even got a beer whilst all the paperwork was being sorted out! Can’t recommend these guys enough and will be coming back for my next watch purchase for sure!

I bought a birth year submariner from Jack and I must say it was one of the most positive experiences I’ve had in luxury watch market. Jack actually took time on a Sunday morning to call me up and help with something I was enquiring about. During the purchase and delivery of my Rolex watch communication was very good.
I've since then emailed three times with a question about the bracelet not having a flip lock extension fitted as I thought this standard on this watch.

I dealt with both Raj and Cheryl and they were fantastic in answering any queries i had about the watch. The watch is 15 years old but looks like new and was priced the same as very poor condition examples in the market.
I originally bought this model from another dealer for the same price but came under the common case of the condition not living up to the photos and description. I am glad to say that the watch from these guys looks even better in person without any discrepancies in sight.
I would highly recommend dealing with this company for a great hassle free and comfortable watch buying journey.

A satisfying experience. The watch is a 19 year old Omega. Overall the condition is excellent except for an over polished/refurbished clasp. A suitable discount was given. The staff were professional and the dialogue lighthearted and knowledgeable.

Had a fantastic experience purchasing a Cartier bracelet. After agonising overnight over the fact I’d probably bought the wrong size I was allowed to exchange to a size above they luckily had in stock (had bought in person as opposed to online).
