I give you 5 STARS... Dr. Garg was awesome; he quickly got back to me and called my prescription in immediately. I was able to wake up the next day pick up my prescription and schedule an appointment to get treatment. This was my first time using WebDoctor and I will continue to use this service...sweet and simple. Dr. Garg was amazing, I hope that if I ever need to use this service I will get him again. The whole process was quick and easy. I filled out a form and chose my ailment and then had the choice of dr. or dr. on call. I chose on call. I received a call within the hour. He asked me a couple of questions and let me know that he was calling in the prescription. I had the prescription in hand within the hour!

I’ve used online health services like this before as I tend to need medical help at the most inopportune times. WebDoctor had a short, no-nonsense questionnaire. It was much shorter than others I’ve used. I got to TALK to an actual doctor on the phone, as opposed to the text message type of conversations on the other sites. The MD I spoke with verified essential info, asked a few other questions, and answered my questions. It was very quick and thorough, at a time when I couldn’t get into my clinic and was feeling awful. The price was reasonable, and a good value for my (small) amount of effort. The longest wait I had was for my pharmacy to fill the prescription!

We were out of town when I came down with a bad bladder infection. Instead of dealing with long waits at an urgent care I tried Webdoctors. It was wonderful. The doctor called in 30 minutes after filling out the request information. He called in a prescription and I was able to start taking antibiotics an hour later. So convenient and no hassle!

Incredibly convenient. And simply a life saver! Needed an antibiotic while I was waiting for an appointment with my dentist. Received a call from doctor-on-call within 15 minutes of requesting a prescription. Most thorough consultation from the kindest, most compassionate MD. My insurance was verified and prescription was called in within minutes and ready for pickup in less than two hours.

I spent an hour preparing for my call with a doctor by inputting my 17 Meds one by one, and then my numerous health issues into my profile. When the doctor called me he asked if I have any medical issues which leads me to believe he did not look at my profile ahead of the call which lists everything. That’s my personal impression. Otherwise the doctor was courteous and asked good questions about my need for a special prescription drug.

Medication prescription sent to a pharmacy after asking for it to be sent to me directly and will not correspond after several attempts. Furthermore, contacted the pharmacy to see if they would send the prescription or just cancel it and the pharmacy stated that they do not do oral medication only IV medications, so they were not sure why they would send the prescription to them. The pharmacy verified that they do not have an order in my name.
