Diamond removals we’re great, I was very stressed when they arrived & Jim who led the team was calm & just listened to me, John & Jim quietly packed everything, the next day they came & finished packing. They had to wait around till 4pm before I completed & the lift had broken down, though only one floor up, not a complaint, just had an extra guy to help Scott, thank you so much

We received a few quotes ahead of our move and Diamond Removals were very competitive. Costing slightly more than one other company, we opted for them due to their good reviews. Sure enough, everything was done very efficiently and smoothly, it felt very organised and the move went as planned. The fragile items were all packed carefully and placed into very sturdy boxes, with no breakages. I would definitely recommend Diamond Removals. Thanks Dan & team!

The father and son who came with our three seater and two seater sofas were amazing ,polite did an excellent job ,got out there seater in no problem.when we first moved hear had take window out get sofa in ,only wish then new of theses lovely people.would recomend then highly.

Literally came to my rescue when another company let me down on the day. I was at my witts end. Jon abswere the phone within 3 rings and within an hour they pulled together snd were at the door! Even though it was the end of the day Josh and Gerry were great. Nothing too much trouble. If I'd booked them months in advance I couldn't have had better service. They took so much pressure off me. Huge thanks to Jon Diamond and his team. Absolutely seamless service.

The team did such a brilliant job with our move. Lots of tricky staircases and heavy things to manoeuvre but they dealt with everything so well and took care of all of our things. Nothing was too much trouble. They arrived on time and kept us up to date with a really helpful whatsapp group. It's not the first time we've used them and I wouldn't use anyone else!

From the outset they were reassuring and calming at the prospect of this very daunting move from our family home of 40 years. They accommodated us at every point. The packing process was done so efficiently and with great care. The whole team moved in to clear the old house, then deliver to the new house, depositing each box which had been clearly labelled into its relevant room. The move coordinator was always quickly on the end of the phone to offer advice and help. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.

We moved in Dec 2018....Not only was the quote the cheapest but the service was truly outstanding. Family run business which I think is an advantage. The packers were a great team, helpful, polite and so careful and professional. And they had all the right tools to dismantle beds etc.
Their lorries use a pallet system which made loading and unloading very efficient, particularly when we decided at the last minute to put garden items etc into storage!
Great care was taken to ensure no damage to property including door covers, carpet protectors etc...
Nothing was too much trouble and they took all the stress away.....

I am so pleased I chose diamond removals. They were very helpful both with the packing and the delivering. We chose to use their packing service and thought it would be useful to be around but after an hour or so we went out for the day as they were sooo efficient at packing we weren’t needed at all! Were friendly and helpful. Packed my husbands home office including office equipment without any issues. Would use again. Highly recommended.

Very thorough explanation beforehand of what would be necessary to move my 97 year old mother in law out of her 6th floor flat with a small lift. Went as smooth as possible and any furniture too big for lift was carried down by the men with no problem. Very helpful in putting back bedstead. Would certainly use them again.

Moving is expensive buy these guys completely adapted to any small changes and were courteous and obliging when dropping the stuff off at its destination making the process as easy as it could be. Ill use them for the next one for sure.

Excellent….I have used Diamond for both our moves over the last 7years and recommended to numerous family and friends who also had a great experience. We c hose the full packing service and the quote was extremely competitive. Dan Diamond’s team have worked with the company for many years and they know exactly what they are doing. Not a single Item was damaged, no scratches or scrapes to any walls. These guys are faultless and they are total experts at Packing and shifting gear. The only firm I would ever use going forward.

All of the staff were a pleasure. They took great care in packing our belongings for storage. They were efficient,courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Having had the most stressful, on again - off again sale and purchase process ever, the actual move was surprisngly stress free thanks to the brilliant guys at Diamond Removals who came over and packed up our house for our move. Dan was very knowledgeable and helpful when he came to do the quote - and really good about us having to postpone the move date several times due to our sale process stalling at the last minute. The team who did the packing and moving were friendly, polite and efficient and managed to unpack the very full moving lorry super swiftly too. It was easily the best part of the whole sale and purchase process - would recommend.

These guys are truly great - we had a 'difficult' move due to several end destinations, and a wide variety of items to pack & move. Diamond were very competitively priced, looked at alternative solutions to meet our needs, and rose to the challenge on the day, they really went the extra mile (well quite a few actually !) - nothing was too much trouble, nothing couldn't be sorted out, and everything was carried out professionally and with good humour, making what is a very stressful experience as easy and as fuss free as one could only hope. Diamond Removals have just moved us from Potters Bar to Biggleswade.
Firstly, Diamond Removals are a covid secure company and we felt safe throughout.
Secondly, from our initial enquiry to our actual move, Sabina was always courteous and helpful. She answered all my questions and gave lots of helpful tips for packing the boxes.
Lastly, on the day of our move Dan and his team were on time and worked incredibly quickly and efficiently. They were waiting at our new home for us and managed to unload with incredible speed!.
I would recommend Diamond Removals to anyone looking to move. They definitely took away the stress on moving day and we would definitely use them again if we ever choose to move again.
