George at the Newbury showroom was able to assist us in choosing the perfect hot tub for us, and was able to answer our many questions so we felt comfortable with our purchase.
The installation team were great. Arrived as expected and very efficiently set to work. They were very knowledgeable and talked us through how to use the tub and the essential maintenance.

George has been an extremely professional sales person, we started considering our purchase at the beginning of the year and spoke to George several times, there was no hard sell or pushy sales tactics.
Each time we visited he answered our questions and was very welcoming
We have now purchased and have had our spa installed really great service

We were met by Stephanie Thomas in Swansea on our first visit to “Dreamspas”. She was awesome, answering all our many questions and taking time to show and explain all the ranges in stock. After that first visit we finally decided to go for the Palermo model. On our return we met David Hopkins who again was very helpful and informative. Learnt so much about Hot Tubs on both visits, all very interesting. Looking forward to the installation next!!

Ordered a hot tub with Dave at the Swansea showroom. He is very friendly and knowledgeable. Dave answered all our questions without hesitation. We knew what we were looking for, but Dave showed us all the other models to compare. We are 100% happy with our decision to buy a hot tub fom Dreamspas, and look forward to taking delivery in due course.

Decent enough hot tub. Unfortunately they gave us the wrong information for the electricity supply. After running in an armoured electricity feed under a patio the fitters arrived and told us it needed to be a rubber non armoured feed. Turns out it wasn’t the first time that the wrong spec was given to a customer. Signed up to the monthly fee for chemicals etc and haven’t had a delivery 4 months in. An ok experience with Dreamspas, would definitely shop around next time however.

we bought a spa from here in April what an amazing experience...dave and Michelle were brilliant talking to us bout the different ones and advising us on which best suited us..was delivered earlier than expected which was fab..instalation guys were quick n very professional...after care is amazing always there to answer any questions or help with anything. would definitely recommend this company

Really pleased with purchase. Jeff at Bristol was excellent in explaining the various models , and arranging delivery etc. Delivery was prompt and we had a challenging space to get into but nothing was too much trouble. Since purchase the team have always been on hand to help, so good after sales as well. One small improvement would be for the team to spend more time talking through maintenance, once installed.

We have received fantastic service from DAVE at dream spas Swansea. From start to finish the whole experience has been a breeze we went to the show room on Sunday bought a tub had it delivered the following Wednesday. The delivery guys were amazing and talked me through everything in depth on how to look after my tub. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. We are 100% satisfied with the product and professional service we have received.

Went to look at hot tubs on a rainy afternoon and were pleased we found Dreamspas. We were greeted by lovely staff - especially John with no pressure to buy. We returned another day and did purchase the Mars hot tub which is perfect for us. The help we were given after installation when we unsure of a few things was amazing. Definitely recommend Dreamspas

Great personal experience from Sales to install to service Dream Spas have been great. Efficient, Honest, and quick to respond to any queries I had. The finance application was very easy and I have found Jeff in sales to be brilliant. Purchased the Jupiter spa from the Newbury showroom and was installed on 13th September 22. Amazing service and advice during the buying process and the install could not have been smoother. The guys were so helpful when explaining how to look after the water etc. would highly recommend to anyone thinking of a purchase.

Superb experience from the first moment we entered the showroom, to the hot tub getting delivered. Laura was really helpful and friendly at point of sale. And the 3 lads that delivered the tub were also very friendly.
Would highly recommend using dreamspas and will use them in the future should we need another upgrade.

From the minute we walked into the show room to when the installation team left with our hot tub we cannot fault all of the Dream Spa Team - all very knowledgeable in their own department and no hard sell. Very happy with our Hot Tub, and John Taylor was great in helping us choose the one that was right for us in the Cardiff branch.
