Fantastic service and great guy!
Van needed a new electric key sorted with no problem. Then my barn doors locks weren’t working and gave me cracking free advice on how to fix it and save some money where as he could have shafted me for a couple hundred quid.
Would recommend to anyone in the area.

First time I have used this company. All I can say is what a, professional, punctual and polite man Andrew is.
Prior to Andrew coming to the house he talked me through the various problems that I might have with a damaged locking system. Also, he gave me a rough price for any work that might be necessary.
Andrew arrived on time, addressed the problem immediately and carried out the necessary repairs to a very high standard. But, most of all there were no nasty surprises regarding the cost.
I would most definitely use his company again without any hesitation .

My husband left his keys in the front door by mistake and shut the door needless to say we were locked out and my keys wouldn't work obviously.
Phoned express lock smiths cardiff and he arrived within 5minutes, he had our door open within 10 minutes of arriving no drilling no damage he was simply the best, wouldn't hesitate to call him out again if we needed him.

I called Express locks Cardiff as i had locked my keys inside my vehicle, Andrew arriced within 30 mins of contact amd was straight to work.
He managed to open my vehicle with no damage to vehicle or locks and retreived my keys.

Pricing was very reasonable considering it was a callout on a sunday evening, i was expecting it to be a lot more.

I highly recommend Express locks Cardiff to anyone who needs a locksmith.

Phoned on a Saturday afternoon as door lock was not working. Came out with no issues and replaced all damaged parts and fitted a new lock. Can’t fault the work, speed or politeness. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

This service is fabulous. I called Andrew after midnight to have a door lock changed and he arrived within 20 minutes. I was alone in the house but Andrew is such a gentleman and professional that I felt comfortable to let him into my home late at night. Called Andrew out as had a problem with the door. He offered honest advice from the beginning, replied to messages professionally and quickly. Came out the same evening, kept to covid guidelines and was very polite and approachable. Talked me through the work he was doing and how he was going to fix my door etc. He went above and beyond to fix the door and wouldnt leave until he was satisfied the job was fully complete.
Overall nice bloke, kind, helpful, reassuring and honest. Would highly recommend him.

Absolute legend. Knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. Happy to give advice over the phone, then arrived out of hours and fixed the issue. I'd phoned about 5 locksmiths around Cardiff and none bar express locksmith had any time for me and rushed me off the phone. Andrew was on it straight away, generous with his time and happy to help.

I needed a locksmith in an emergency and Express were there within 15 mins. The service and value was excellent and Andrew stayed to help with an unrelated incident above and beyond his duty without charging. He has also given after service care again without charge. Would highly recommend!

The company responded promptly to an email query to fit a safety lock and to adjust a stiff door handle mechanism. Andrew from Expresslocks provided some initial advice and followed up with a quote. Bifold doors wouldn't close

We had an issue with our bifold doors. They wouldn't close which meant we couldn't leave the house. Andrew came to our house within a few hours, and was friendly, polite and offered a load of advice. He fixed the problem and we're really relieved.
