Perfect blinds and brilliant service! Kez was great and polite he made sure we was happy with everything before he fitted the blinds and once he fitted them again he made sure we was happy wit h them and we are, love them and has made our home feel more complete, great price too! We shopped around and went for impress blinds because we have had great service from the start!

Blinds lovely spent hundreds of pounds on beige vertical blinds only to have no choice was given white chains. So
Made them look cheap and they was not cheap at all. Bought beige chains cost £20 maybe suggest option

Phoned myself to ask what time I would be in. Rude phone manner difficult to understand. Then said he would be here 2 Hours after asking what time I'd be in. On arrival walked into room, no introductions. Brusquely asked what we wanted, more or less threw samples at us. Did not explain different fits etc. asked if we wanted a 'tape' when asked what this was he just repeated question. Didn't explain different styles or breakdown of cost or what they provided.Gave us quote and then just proceeded to stood there. Overall atrocious customer service. Would not recommend nor would be using based on this experience alone.

This is my second time using impress blinds, first used 5 years ago when my house was first built
IMMY who came to fit them this time , is very efficient and friendly.
Great price, great quality and fit perfect.
Cracked on and did a great job, contacted me before hand to give me a rough time frame of when he’d arrive and then 5 minutes before arriving

Impress blinds fitted our blinds in 2020 we had new windows fitted but the blinds did not fit properly so we phoned impress blinds. A lovely young man came out named Waz he made sure everything was done very polite and very professional would highly recommend Impress Blinds.

Had my Windows measured a week ago by a nice n polite gentleman.ismail came today to fit vertical blinds in 3 windows absolutely brilliant from start to finish n only took him half hour.cant fault him nice n polite n tidy would recommend impress blinds to everybody.

Was supposed to have been measured for blinds Monday due to weather couldn’t come out lady rang me Tuesday morning and arranged appointment for Wednesday morning guess what no show just rang them to be told will ring you later to find out why

Impress blinds, supplied and fitted 10 blinds in my house, including 2 large bay windows.
From the guy who came to measure, the admin staff( when I changed my mind as to which pattern I wanted) to the guy and lady who fitted them .. amazing, pleasant, professional and nothing was too much trouble.

Naheem provide a wonderful services to my family due to the communication error. He helped us to fix it. In addition, only one week time to deliver the blind from measurment. It's a first class services.

Had 3 blinds fitted in my kitchen, I had 3 companies quote, they all came with the same sample books and Impress were £100 cheaper than the other 2! Great service, short lead time for fitting and quality blinds, highly recommend this company

My whole house is now fitted with these blinds.
Had some blackout blinds fitted as I’ve recently started working nights. They are always punctual and give you a phone call 20 mins before arrival. Lots of choice
The fitters are really efficient and do a great job and tidy up all of their mess
