I had a composite front door that wouldn’t close without effort and just would not lock. Placed a call to Linacre Locksmiths, who arrived within the hour (on a Saturday!). No call out charge, very reasonable pricing and I now have a door that shuts and locks with ease! Great service, very happy to recommend.

I found to my surprise I was unable to insert the front door key from the inside to unlock this morning. It worked fine from outside! By use of texts Linacres guided me by my removing the cover and taking a phot. Linacres confirmed by removing metal cover the metal blockage was not part of lock. Using screwdriver I removed a micro magnet which had attached itself - the locks fine. I was impressed the firm made this effort to assist although commited to a busy schedule

Called up today to ask if they did a certain lock and was greeted with really rude attitude. Won’t be going here again!

Update;

Apparently this is a fake review which it isn’t. Called up at 3:47pm and enquired about getting an Ultion Lock installed which they even have a photo of on their website. Got told that they are rubbish and didn’t even recommend anything else and just very stand-off ish!

For a first time customer wanting to enquire about your services. It puts someone off when they don’t even have common curtesy

I cannot recommend thhis company more highly. Excellent service. Our old lock jammed and we were intitally locked out. Did get in eventually and contacted Linacre. Lock had to be ordered and two days later, on schedule, Wayne arrived to fit the lock. All done in an hour and at a very satisfactory price. If I had any problem with a lock in future I would go no further than Wayne. Will be recommended to anyone who I know who wants a locksmith.

Arrived quickly and on time. Was professional throughout. Seemed a fair price for the work involved. Involved 2 jammed doors. One (obsolete) needed a new lock mechanism (which he had on hand) and the other just needed opening and adjustment to fix. Didn’t try to upsell and provided good suggestions for improvements.

Wayne is a knowledgeable, professional, locksmith. He provided a very efficient service in restoring my old lock. He explained the problem clearly and the associated risks, arrived at the agreed time having travelled some distance across Norfolk to get here, and charged the price he'd quoted. The lock works well and I'll certainly go to him again if I have another problem lock.

I would highly recommend Linacre Locksmiths. Wayne came out this morning and sorted our front door which wouldn't open yesterday, very efficient and knowledable person. He also cut me new keys on site and replaced door handle all for a very reasonable price too.

Cannot fault the amazing service from Wayne today at my Mums. Opened a stuck shut Upvc door, replaced the troublesome unit that was not allowing the door to open and was exceptionally helpful in checking the door was infact working again to its best ability and advice for little issues that could help save problems in the future.

Wayne came out to Necton within two hours of my call and did a great job at a very good price - cheaper than two other companies quotes who couldn't get here today.
No call out charge, just charged for the work done and I would totally recommend him for any lock problems you have

I found Linacre Locksmiths on the Trusted Trader list for Norwich. They went out immediately to replace a damaged lock in my tenanted flat. It was a Saturday but they did not charge a surcharge, either for coming out immediately or for the weekend. The tenants were very happy with the speed of service.
