Asked for a site visit and after…

Asked for a site visit and after discussing requirements was promised quotations. As we had no heating a measure of urgency was stressed. Replied within a short time.

Excellent local company

Really good advice about a replacement boiler. They fitted it as per their reasonable quote ( no "extras"). The engineers were polite, explained as they went along and tidied up very thoroughly. They even did a 20 mile round trip to find bricks to match our existing wall to cover the hole from the old flue. Couldn't ask for more.
Oh yes, proper installation with all the necessary Gas Safe certificates and guarantees too.

Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service installing a new boiler and radiators with a relatively short timescale. I got 3 quotes and these were the cheapest but I also felt they were the most reliable and trustworthy. It was all done very timely and without any mess being left behind. The 2 men who I have dealt with have been brilliant answering all my little questions and made sure everything was working before leaving.
Would highly recommend.

No quote and poor communication

Came out to quote for new central heating system at the start of November, everything absolutely fine during the visit but they simply didn’t get back to us.
Even after several phone calls and messages politely asking for an update on the quote after weeks had passed- we were repeatedly told someone would get back to us. Nobody ever did- it’s April and we’ve never had the quote. We appreciate everyone’s been busy and things have been chaotic but much better communication is required. If the company is currently too busy to take on work it would be helpful to state this so it doesn’t waste everyone’s time. Waste of our time sadly.

Customers since 1992 brilliant job

What can I say ,we have used this company for over 30 years for my services and new boilers in my 1st home and 2nd home .
From the owners ,office staff, engineers who are nothing but polite ,courteous, professional and reasonable price nd nothing to much trouble, I cannot fault them.
Just had a new Combi boiler fitted, our thanks to Mike and Paul who did an exceptional job,from start to finish ,there was no mess they cleaned as they went along ,again polite ,professional and courteous, really genuine people and an asset to the company. Highly recommended Merseyside Cental heating

Amazing family business

Just want to say from start to finish using this company has been amazing from Eddie coming out to what was going to be a difficult job to find a way of sorting it. To Mike and Paul (the dreamteam) coming out to do the job. How clean they kept everything going along with the job as there was a lot of work to be done. To now what has been a bit of a nightmare as we now have leaking pipes no faults of MCH old house old pipes under floor Ian has been the biggest help trying to get to the bottom of it even sending help on a Saturday afternoon. Brilliant family business and all members of staff are helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Highly highly recommend MCH 😄

Professional and Efficent Service

Heating has not been performing and efficent as it should . Called in the office to seek advice. Next day Richard arrived and after his expertise system was working a lot more efficent and warmer in the required rooms.
This was a very good experience and I will certainly renew my Maintenance contract in 2023.
Thanks to all the staff for their help.

Highly recommended- Great Company

After going around the houses with a different company, Merseyside Central Heating came and saved the day.
Work was done cheaper than my original quote and carried out the following day. So grateful to the whole team who were amazing in every way!

Needed a new boiler so I was …

Needed a new boiler so I was recommended to contact MCH. Staff lovely and friendly from the outset, the surveyor who called, Ian was lovely and put me at ease instantly with his professionalism and manner. Any communication from them was spot on even when I constantly phoned them with further questions, always helpful. Fitter who carried out the work Stephen is a credit to the company, very tidy you would hardly even know he had been here. So pleased with everything that I've even recommended other people and have earned a Free boiler service for next year for someone else going ahead. Fantastic!

Excellent emergency service.

Just wanted to comment on the excellent service provided by Merseyside Central Heating. We discovered a problem with our boiler on a Xmas bank holiday and after making contact via their emergency contact number, l recieved a call back
within an hour and the problem was resolved within 24 hours. I was informed an engineer would be out at 10am the following day and as promised the engineer arrived spot on the stated time. From the peron l spoke to on the telephone to the engineer, the service was spot on.

You need look no further

I can’t recommend these guys highly enough. They came to our rescue late last year with excellent, professional and very efficient service, but have excelled ever since with truly outstanding customer service. Have been consistently surprised by Merseyside Central heating for all the right reasons. Will never go anywhere else ever again.

Boiler went off yesterday afternoon…

Boiler went off yesterday afternoon called Merseyside Central Heating, dispatched a man straight away, diagnosed a broken fan on my boiler, he ordered the part at 4.45pm collected it this morning & was all fitted & working better & quieter than ever by 10am, amazing service thanks so much.

Richard at Merseyside Central Heating…

Richard at Merseyside Central Heating was on time, polite, highly skilled and 100% transparent. He talked me through the diagnostic procedure and he was able to determine the exact issue quickly and provided a replacement part which was great value. My heating was up and running in a jiffy and I could not be happier with Richard or Merseyside Central Heating, thanks!

I have been using Merseyside central heating for many years now from fixing my old boiler to fitting a new one. I have found them to be of very high quality throughout. Very friendly, no fuss

Combi boiler would not fire up

Combi boiler would not fire up. Richard came out that afternoon. Sorted the spark fault. Took about half an hour £66. So I figure I can’t complain and that’s a positive that the fault was sorted quickly without getting ripped off.
So happy with the service that I received.
