Scammers sending out IPhone 12's instead of s23 giving loads of abuse over the phone So kept the phone what they going do about it scammer gets scammed and they don't like it

They are scammers guys please don't do any iphone deal with them .I already paid them 45pounds and still waiting for there answer. When I call them they didn't answer or if they answer they disconnect the phone whithout listing and laughing behind. They are big scammers I am gonig to mention there names sara,ayesha,Alex these three persons I know they have a team of people so beaware

Over the past few months, I have used PhoneHouse twice.
They are a really honest business to work with, delivered my order quickly, and are always very helpful if you have any query.

Avoid ..... ordered phone for my daughter ...received wrong hand set thrice & they did noy arrange collection i did all to repack & returned . No communication among staff 100% sure staff with strong Indian accent not in UK . I have not received my order even after 3 weeks. Avoid buy direct from major providers

This company is cluster of thugs & fraudsters . They are all located in India via call centre. They hack my O2 Account and order three iphones & 1 apple watch but never delivered my original order. They used my bank details to order on iphone from 3 Network .I have launched investigation with O2 , returned apple watch to O2 but i returned iphones to these fraudsters because i was dealing through them & they never returned items to O2 ... Investigation has been launched & i have made complain wit OFCOM provided them all proofs of conversation & texts...AVOID .... THEY ARE CLUSTER OF FRAUDSTERS

These guys are relentlessly nuisance calling me, sometimes two cold calls within the same hour, trying to sell me mobile phone deals. I've asked numerous times for them to remove me from their database and yet they persist. The last two times I have asked to speak with their complaints team and both times they have hung up. Scam company with Indian call centre that did not legitimately nor legally obtain my data. I am escalating.

So I called Phonehouse as kept getting annoying calls, as the nice lady I spoke to explained if it’s a foreign person calling they are not from PhoneHouse! Phone house will not cold call!

The Indians that keep calling are SCAMMERS do not give any information to them, I was flippent and was told to F off you brown monkey b**stard before he put the phone down!!!! 😂😂

Terrible company avoid at all costs, ice returned a phone that does not work in its original packaging, I've taken photos of the phone all sides front and back, to be told it's damaged.
I've asked for photos of the damage, still waiting for rely, if you phone them it's a hour in the Que to speak to someone.
Terrible experience avoid like the plague

Scammers, calling you from a phone company you've never heard of before, asking you what phone you have, its like umm if you have my number you should know?

Not asking for you by name. just straight up cold calling people.

call said based in london, yet indian woman on the other end, could barely understand a word she said, clearly not good enough english to be able to live in england thats for sure, definately not good enough english to be working in a call center

I am giving these scammers one star because I can't give zero. Pestering, annoying, persistent lying, devious con artists.
They literally phone every single day, sometimes several times a day. I have told them I am not interested. I have told them not to call, but they just keep on whining at me with their poxy scam.

Complete scam from start to finish tried asking for bank details then sent a whattsApp asking for my card so I naturally sent them a picture of my hairy bum.

Don't answer but like me I guess you did and this is where it lead you.

It's an Indian call center, where oh where will all this end people profiting from misery?

At least they get what they deserved from me.

Non stop cold calling, as listed in plenty of these other reviews, they obviously have a policy of training according to the following principles:
Don’t listen to you when you say not interested
Talk over you
Get angry at you
Call you every single day
Do not remove anyone from their database despite many GDPR WARNINGS
Hang up on you when you ask for a manager
Never ever apologise
Don’t forget... Call again tomorrow!

Came through on an 0113 (Leeds) number but claimed to be calling from Bracknell. Suspect it was India - first operative spoke so unclearly I was passed on to another, with similarly strong accented English, again, with lots of background noise. Suspect they'd got my number illegally. When asked they said it was 'from the directory'. I engaged with them for quite a while, but this appears to be cold calling. They hung up when I suggested my phone number wasn't listed legally in any directory.

You really are better off going into a carphone warehouse or network provider store. I ordered my phone, to get sent out to me for next day delivery As the night before I had completely smashed my screen. They ended up sending me someone else’s delivery and then told me I had to pay £9 to send the phone back and couldn’t receive the phone I paid for until they received the phone back Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Save your time & go into store to avoid disappointment

I get at least 5 or 6 calls from this lot every day its more than annoying, when I complained to one of them he actually threatened to come to my house and slap me, LOL Id love to see him try that ! I have signed up to the telephone preference Service which I hope will stop these calls. If anyone reads this from phone house please understand that your sales methods are out dated and an unnecessary intrusion on privacy. If I want a phone or a sim card I will call you or another provider for one and the use of third world sales people who are sitting in India have too heavy accents and are not easy to understand, and obviously all deaf as they never ear what's said to them. Due to this I will never use this company.

Keep calling me, probably from Bangladesh! Absolutely madness to even think of giving these people your credit card number. Simply go to EE OR VODAPHONE or O2 in Uk
