Absolutely terrible , I changed suppliers because I was told I would be able to get the same dog food every week , on a least 3 occasions now , been let down , be told run out or delivery is late or hadn’t turned up . My dogs don’t know if they’re coming or going with different foods every week , constantly having upset stomach’s from chopping and changing every month .
Don’t promise things if you can’t deliver .
Wouldn’t recommend, and never going back .

Bailey (the cute Cockapoo) has been on a raw food diet from RAW FEEDING WALES for nearly three years now, since he was a pup. He loves it and the vet says Bailey is in tip-top condition! The shop is local (in Swansea) and they also deliver. I would always recommend this diet (and often do) and highly recommend the Swansea shop!

As a new dog owner I can’t recommended this company enough, since me and my dog simba went in at 6 months old we have had nothing but great service. His knowledge regarding all this dogs is second to none.

Really good quality food for dogs. Excellent friendly and helpful advice given. My dogs have the raw food and it shows in their coats and health. We are always getting compliments on our 3 dogs! Highly recommend the shop!

Joe and his team are nice and help full and inviting to me and my dog hazel. The range off raw food is the best I have seen I swansea price is good to. The new shop is looking fantastic and the delivery are next day to.
