Your Student ID card also serves as a library card. Please confirm procedures regarding the library of your faculty or graduate school.

General Library (Hongo campus)
・On the 3rd floor, there is a corner with books for international students. These backs are regarding living in Japan or Japanese culture, so please feel free to use them.

University Co-op

If you become a member of the university co-op and show your membership card at time of purchase, you can get a discount on books sold at the co-op. (The discount is usually 10%.) You can join the co-op by going to the office located in the same building as the Dai-ni Dining Hall (on the second floor.) A deposit (60 shares/24,000 yen) is required but will be returned when you cancel your membership.

Gotenshita Memorial Arena

Gotenshita Memorial Arena is the gymnasium facility located on campus. There is a pool, basketball・volleyball・badminton courts, and a bouldering/climing wall. Weight lifting and cycling equipment are also available and there are aerobic classes and other exercise classes that are held. The grounds hold a space for soccer and baseball. There are 1-day ticket, multiple coupons, Half-year Pass Card, and One-year Pass Card.

Facilities for Student Meetings

Please ask your faculty or graduate school regarding using facilities belong to them. If the prescribed procedures are followed, the on-campus cafeterias can be used during certain times and for certain purposes.
