Flavio Van Boekel is the founder of the Van Boekel Law Group. Mr. Van Boekel is rated by Super Lawyers as "Rising Stars 2017, 2018 and 2019" in the field of Family and Matrimonial Law, Divorce, and Related issues as Custody and Child Support. He is also a Lawyer Awarded Top 100 Lawyers by National Trial Lawyer Association and he is in the "Who`s Who Hall" of the best in the legal profession. In addition, he is also a leading member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Mr. Van Boekel is also admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS).

Mr. Van Boekel earned his Law Degree from Michigan State University College of Law, top of his class, as Cum Laude in 2009. While in law school, he clerked for the then Governor of Michigan Jennifer Granholm, and he also was an intern at the Attorney Grievance Commission, responsible for the Ethics of Attorneys and disciplinary intakes. Prior to law school, Mr. Van Boekel earned a Bachelor's Degree in Arts from the State University of New York majoring in Cultural Studies. Prior to practicing law, he was also a paralegal at Winston & Strawn, LLP a multinational law firm. He started his career as an attorney working for Gill & Chamas, LLC and then he was inspired to open his own law firm.

Mr. Van Boekel has had many trials under his belt, including divorce, civil, domestic violence, deportation, criminal defense, countless motions, and briefs. He has won the prestige and reputation of an excellent litigator and fierce advocate even by the account of his adversaries and judges reason why he has been selected by Super Lawyers as one of the best in the field as "rising star" a peer-reviewed selection that is granted to 2.5% of all Attorney in any given State.

Mr. Van Boekel was in the military and acquired and carries with him the same discipline, honesty, and ethical values that he learned as a soldier.
