  • Traditional red, yellow or white rice
  • Fresh water fish ( Deep fry ) made from the catch of the day

  • Chili and three different seasonal organic vegetables curry
Eg. ( Bread fruit curry, Polos Embula, Egg plant curry or Moju, Long beens, Ladies fingers, Pumpkin, Drumstick, Amba or Embarella embulla, Gotukola Sambal, Mukunuwenna Mellum , Angunukola Sambal , Lunu dehi, Mango Chutni will be included in this special Sri Lankan cooking demonstration lunch.
