  1. All payment methods are accepted
    • Bank Transfer (BACS)
    • Cash
    • Cheque
    • Credit or Debit Card
  2. Payment is due in full when work is complete

  3. Major parts for work undertaken and Chassis coded parts (specific for your car) requires a 50% advance payment

  4. All work is guranteed
    • Two years parts and labour on Mercedes-Benz vehicles
    • One year parts and labour for Smart Cars
  5. Defective Parts & Warranties
    • For any defective parts or error in workmanship, you must email or write your complaint to prasad@southwalesauto.co.uk as soon as possible for review and approval
    • If your vehicle breakdown is within the South Wales area, it must be transported back to South Wales Auto Ltd.
    • If your vehicle breakdown is outside the South Wales area, it may be necessary to have your vehicle examined by an independent 3rd party engineer for a detailed inspection, before any repairs are undertaken
