Deanna Eddy, MS, LMHC-S, LPC

Deanna B. Eddy graduated with honors from Troy University with a Master of Science degree in Counseling and Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Clemson University. She has worked in the counseling and psychology field for several years as a licensed mental health counselor supervisor and licensed professional counselor (S.C.) serving multiple populations. Her clinical focus is trauma in adults and children, personality disorders, and depression and anxiety. Presently, she is enrolled in a doctoral program with a concentration in counselor education and supervision. Her research interests are narcissistic personality disorder, therapeutic interventions for childhood trauma, attachment issues, and counselor supervision. Ms. Eddy has taught many introductory and advanced psychology courses throughout her career and enjoys active discussions and dynamic lectures. Though she enjoys teaching, her focus is assisting others as they embark on their personal journey of health. Ms. Eddy walks alongside each client as they navigate through healing and uses a variety of techniques to promote growth, such as dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavior therapy, attachment-based therapy, sand tray therapy, and play therapy.

Sarah Marion, MA, LMFT, LMHC

Sarah L. Marion earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Colorado State University and a MA in Marriage and Family Therapy from Liberty University.  A military spouse and mother of 4, Sarah brings a unique perspective to counseling in our community.  Sarah has experience working with teenagers, adults, and couples, and has received training in depression, anxiety, stress-management, military and trauma, relationship and parenting issues, as well as grief and loss.  Sarah uses evidence-based modalities that address mind, body, and spirit in an effort to holistically treat each and every individual.

Amanda Nielsen, MS, LCSW

Amanda Nielsen earned a bachelor’s in social work from Cedarville University and a master’s in social work from Wayne State University. She has experience with domestic violence, social work in schools, early childhood court team, and clinical setting. Amanda provides services for children 3+, adolescents, families, and adults of all ages. Amanda has training in child parent psychotherapy as well as trauma training for children and adults. Other areas of specialty would include anxiety, depression, PTSD, military involvement, stress management, grief and loss, parenting, and relationships. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey through physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health and well-being. Nurturing all these aspects of your being can lead to finding meaning and fulfillment in life. I can offer guidance, support, and information to help you navigate this journey.

Rebecca Zaccheo, Registered mental health counselor intern 

Rebecca Zaccheo has received her Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University, and her Bachelor’s degree in Human Services focus in Psychology from Wayland Baptist University. She has experience in a variety of clinical settings, to include intensive outpatient programs, inpatient behavioral health services counseling, private practice, and military community coordinated care services. 

 

Rebecca provides services to adolescents 12-17, as well as adults of all ages. She provides individual, couples, and family therapy. She has received specialized training in couples, children and trauma, along with expressive arts therapy for all ages. In treatment, Rebecca also employs a faith based sensitivity and overall holistic approach. Other areas of specialization include: anxiety, crisis, depression, military deployment/redeployment transitions, children coping with military lifestyle, communication skills, stress management, coping skills, relationship issues, child and adolescent behavioral issues, parenting, grief/loss.

Carissa Keeter, MSW, LCSW 

Carissa C. Keeter earned a Masters of Social Work degree from Boise State University and graduated with honors from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors of Science degree in Health Sciences.  Carissa has skill in various settings to include private practice, school-based mental health, residential inpatient, and community-based mental health.

She provides services for children ages 3+, adolescents, families, and adults of all ages. Carissa specializes in stress management, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief and loss, parenting, military involvement, and relationships.  She uses a variety of techniques to promote growth such as attachment-based therapy, play therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and cognitive behavior therapy among many other evidence-based treatment modalities. Carissa believes in a holistic, strength-based approach to counseling.  Carissa provides a warm and encouraging atmosphere where she strives to make each individual feels safe and supported as they begin their journey toward healing and recovery.
