Sabrina Eichin earned her Masters's Degree at Lesley University in Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy. In addition to her Degree, Sabrina has extensive training in Meditation and Mindfulness which she utilizes in her practice. Additionally, she draws on Attachment Theory, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. She prioritizes clients needs, goals and experiences and treats therapy as a collaborative process.

Sabrina believes that her clients have the power to take ownership over their life. Her clients often wish to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and are ready to break the cycle of dysfunctional patterns.

Many individuals growing up in cycles of dysfunction don’t have positive relational experiences to draw from, gain insight, dialogue or reflection. Sabrina’s therapy approach helps individuals cultivate a positive relational experience from which to build self trust, self esteem, empowerment and greater self understanding. It is possible to break free from maladaptive coping strategies learned in childhood and break out of generational suffering.

In her time off Sabrina has a passion for floristry and Photography. Additionally, Sabrina offers virtual meditation classes for new and existing clients. Please contact our administrative assistant for more info.
