Was für eine Konzentration, was für eine Dichte, was für eine Substanz! Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre aus ultra-niedrigen Erträgen (7 - 10 hl/ha), bei dem man das Gefühl hat als hätte sich die gesamte Aromenwelt von Frankreichs Süden in dieser Cuvée zu einem harmonischen Chor versammelt. Tannine wie feinste Seide, ätherische Fruchtnoten, eine tiefe, feingewobene Würze. Ein grosser Wein, nicht nur aus dem Languedoc, sondern in weltweitem Massstab gesehen!
