Newsletters go out pretty much every Monday at 8:30pm EST. If you don't see it in your inbox by 8:35pm, check your spam and promotions folders.
Add rachel @ wordsofmouth.org to your contact list to help the letter find its way to the right inbox. You may need to set up a filter to make sure it gets there.
